Response from Property: 尊敬的客人您好！看到您的差評，我們的心情十分沉重。首先，真誠地向您道歉，我們的服務沒有達到您的期望，讓您失望了。關於地理位置，很開心您能感受到我們的優勢，我們也一直努力讓這個獨特的位置為您帶來更多美好的體驗。但很遺憾，其他方面讓您不滿，在川西大部分的酒店是沒有修建電梯的，隨着時代的變遷，最近一兩年新修的樓棟都是含有電梯位置的，但是我們酒店的樓層不高，並且我們提供了提行李的服務再加上酒店在建立之初就未設定電梯的預留位置，再加上四周都是樓房，且電梯也是無法重新安裝。酒店的餐廳是分區的，因為地理受限，加上擺放的餐桌等比較分散，可能導致您認為餐廳較小，其實同時容納10桌人用餐是沒有問題的，再次向您表示深深的歉意，希望您能給我們一個改進的機會，下次再來體驗時，我們一定會讓您感受到我們的誠意和努力。祝您生活愉快！
