"Traveling with an elderly family, we stayed in a loft family room. The bed below was very large, and the upper one was slightly smaller. Because the elderly were not mobile, they could only stay in the lower bed. The upper bed was a bit crowded for two people. The air conditioner was a bit loud. "Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. "首先説裝修，這個就是所見即所得，沒什麼大問題。但細節就是衞生做得很一般，廁所場角還留下小童遊樂場帶回的白色圓珠珠“砂子”。連住兩晚，第二天衹換了毛巾，沒有吸塵，地上細碎的垃圾還在。因為是親子房，全屋基本上鋪地毯，所以別對地毯衞生抱太大了幻想。沖涼房噴頭固定不了。另外，最近天太熱，三樓是頂層，曬透了，屋內的空調從傍晚開到半夜，還是覺得温度沒降到舒適的感覺。第二天衹能一直開着空調，晚上才好點。主要是空調出風口的設定位置不太合理。除此之外呢，酒店的位置，周邊環境都是挺🈵意的。"

JJoseph WilliamFantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

SSKR and famBest service ever! And so serene and gorgeous. The hotel is truly an oasis. Nestled on the edge of a little village. Roosters woke me in the morning. Beds were comfy. They even had Japanese techs toilets. Highly recommend for any ages! Families very welcome there.

The hotel is located at the entrance to downtown Xichang. It is very quiet and convenient to the ancient city and Qionghai. There is a Wal-Mart next to it. There are gymnasiums, libraries, theaters, Torch Festival Square, Qionghai Wetland Park, etc. all the way out to the north. The purple gold flowers on the street trees are very beautiful. It is also very close to government agencies.

SSpeedoholicOne of the best deals I’ve found in this budget. The room was cozy and clean with good air conditioning. Bathroom had the required amenities and water pressure was good.
The host was kind enough to share food and travel locations with us and check in was completed quickly, without any waiting time.
It’s walking distance from the scenic area and also have some barbecue restaurants on the way.
