年休假，和懷孕老婆出遊走走，先住的南湖灣開元，後住的白鷺洲，第一次在信陽遊玩，景色很美，對比兩家酒店體驗感，評價如下: 優點: 1，信陽環境不錯，酒店周圍風景很美，拍照很好看，出片。 2，酒店位置在山裡，湖旁，比較安靜，開車過來也比較好找。 3，房間內小零食比較多，水果很好吃。 4，酒店內部組織的活動比較豐富，適合遛娃。 5，酒店洗護用品非常好，早餐以及公區的環境很好。 見圖6.7.8 不足: 1，房間內比較潮濕，有蚊蟲，大蟲子，見圖5。 2，服務人員數量少，服務意識淡薄，管理經驗不足。 3，房內配套設施缺失，寫的智能小度，喊半天才發現沒有…矛盾。 （上述不足可能由於是民宿的原因，而且又是新開業，價位不算貴，倒還能理解，以下幾點純屬個人習慣，難以適應） 4，房內只有一個垃圾桶，一個抽紙盒，建議洗漱台旁各增加一個，方便。 5，電視安裝位置很無語，在一個側面牆壁上，而且影響窗簾的關閉，見圖3。 6，與床頭平行的窗簾只有紗簾，沒有布簾…早上六點屋裡就像開了燈，影響睡眠，見圖1。 7，房間內只有一張小桌子和兩個小凳子，無任何儲物位置……衹能放地上嗎，建議增加床尾凳和茶几，床尾位置那麼大，全都浪費了見圖4，2。 8，早餐8點半開始九點半結束，對習慣早起吃飯或者孕婦，小朋友很不友好，開始的太晚。 總結:新民宿，無法和星級酒店相比，也能理解，價位和南灣開元的差不多，可能還要貴一些某些房型，但是整體服務，管理，設施相差的還很多，有種初生牛犢不怕虎的感覺，定位不太準確，性價比不高，希望有所改進吧，有機會明年再體驗下。
