忻州給了我們驚喜，這家如家也給了我們驚喜。
雖然沒有一樓的大堂，但是各個空間都很合理和精緻。從裝修到服務都看得出來非常用心。設施設備都很新，而且空間利用很合理，城市繁華地段的快捷酒店，一點也不侷促。洗衣房，健身區域，咖啡室，停車，應有盡有了。
位置也好，一條路直走一公里就到古城。
難能可貴的是服務，一到店就有小零食包，雖然不是什麼貴重的，但是大家心裏開心啊，然後贈送的夜宵，原以為是做個樣子，居然是誠意滿滿的一大碗餛飩。早餐也是很豐盛，擺盤都很用心來的。
前台一位叫班幺幺的姑娘，雖然交流不多，但是感覺很是幹練，做事有條理，當時幾波客人同時辦理入住和退房，姑娘把工作安排得井然有序，幾個同事各司其職互相配合，很快幾波客人的需求都得到解決。跟我們之前在太原希岸酒店遭遇的衹能單線程的前台一比，一下子就印象深刻了，表揚一下，加油姑娘。

房間進門就有自動燈光，温馨而明亮的環境，看着就很舒服
被子柔軟輕盈，貼合感超棒
潔具乾乾淨淨的，連水漬都沒有，可見保潔阿姨付出了很多，同時也體現了酒店管理的正規與水平，
前台營業小美女熱情大方，而且非常細心，説話時很平和，如同對待自己的親人一樣，超讚~
本人是一名企業內訓師，特別感謝她們的付出😊
忻州古城店，等着我，期待着再次相遇（｡･ω･｡）ﾉ♡

入住感非常好，房間寬敞明亮，酒店服務好！設施比較新，設施全面，可以洗衣很方便。酒店早餐豐富，味道好。酒店周邊就是商圈，吃飯購物很方便，距離忻州古城不遠。值得推薦的酒店

優點：距離忻州古城較近
缺點：
1-市區鄰路較吵
2-管理不到位：餐廳內有人吸煙 請工作人員提醒 工作人員表示雖然不允許室內吸煙但是他們不好意思提醒
3-衞生不行：被罩有腳印
4-設施不行：衞生間地漏堵塞，窗户玻璃破損，樓梯踏步不合規範，房間較小

來忻州出差出了很多天，整體還可以，性價比很高
酒店臨街，比較吵！樓下的叫賣聲、車聲很吵！
房間內總有很刺鼻的煙味兒，我們根本不抽煙所以對煙味很敏感！煙味應該是從衞生間內的風機裏傳來的，別的屋抽煙，我們屋也沒聞到，真的很離譜！
整個酒店入住率很低，前台應該把住客房間分散開，我樓上住人，在屋裡走路、開關門，我們屋裡聽的很清楚！隔音很差！
優點：床很舒服，洗澡水很沖！有免費的宵夜！早點每天就那幾樣，味道一般般，去晚了就沒什麼能吃的了！
