寧波的戰友來忻遊玩，本想酒店訂在泛華大酒店，但是看到牧瑤還有早餐，性價比拉滿。 入住以後，戰友説感覺特別好，雖然看到描述是新開的酒店，但是沒有味道，問了前台説是當時裝修好以後晾了半年房間。我們到的時候前台還給升了房，體驗感十足。作為一個本地人，説實話古城去的不多，衹知道好吃的多。 但以一個遊客的角度來看，古城風評好是好在了點點滴滴。戰友説又給了他一個再來忻州的理由

首先説一下地理位置，在古城南邊入口，逛古城十分便利，而且由於並不在古城裡麪，所以停車很方便，而且沒有嘈雜的感覺。房間衞生還不錯，配置也夠用，床墊和枕頭是舒服的，最討厭睡軟床和軟枕頭，這家床品還是不錯的。温泉泡了十幾分鍾，挺舒服的，冬天逛回來泡一泡很舒服😌。服務也挺熱情的，總之，來古城可以一住，對比過古城裡麪的民宿，這家會更適合喜歡安靜舒適氛圍的。

設施：剛一進來就感覺很高的層高，我住的整體是樹屋風格的感覺，設備很新，從馬桶到床鋪，再到一個簡單的杯子，對於細節控來説真的很拿捏，電視也是推拉的走到哪看到哪哈哈哈，音響也很棒 衞生：衞生很乾凈，泡池也很乾凈，床鋪我自己比較喜歡檢查，結果貼心的發現枕頭下有糖，而且檢查完後很乾凈很舒服，空氣中也沒有很奇怪的味道，只有一股淡淡的木質香 服務：服務特別棒，進來後就開始接待了，然後立刻拉好羣，有任何問題都會在羣裏第一時間回覆，並且剛到房間就會有人專門介紹房間温泉和各種設施的用法，前台態度也很好很喜歡

這是第二次入住雲沐酒店了，剛進停車場保安説那是我們董事長車位，別的車不能停，挺負責！攬月的大床房型房間都比較小，建議大家選擇雙床，客房服務態度不錯，唯一需要改良的就是汗蒸服穿回房間，能不能不讓客人拿到前台退房，這個可以統一收集或者讓客房部確認一下是否在房間裏，大包小包的提一大堆，還底給你們送衣服。第二，冷藏櫃裏的免費飲品都讓上一個入住客人擰開了，喝了一小口，竟然你們收拾客房不檢查嗎？其他的做的我認為都滿意，希望雲沐酒店越來越好，畢竟也是山西為數不多的好酒店！
