前台小姐姐熱情周到，無論是辦理入住還是退房，都會提供很好的服務。晚上閑來無事和前台小哥聊天，聊的過程中感覺像是多年好友，沒有芥蒂，沒有拘束，特別的放鬆，一天的乏累在這一刻都消除了（沒其他客人的時候聊的，老闆別給扣錢哈）。房間的衞生狀況良好，格局設計新穎有趣，配備了新風系統和智能控制，樓下是電視（是企鵝VIP的，刷了半宿的藏海花）樓上是投影（是帶投影布的，小朋友很喜歡）。酒店提供的早餐不僅味道可口，而且乾淨衞生。房間設施高端，直飲水機、冰箱，重點是戴森的吹風機！！！樓下就是胖東來超市，位置真的超好，方便，有機會再來許昌，還會在這裏住宿的

酒店位置特別好，去胖東來天使城非常方便，周邊環境好，去熱門商圈都非常便捷。房間乾淨整潔，對面是個大公園視野還不錯。酒店工作人員主動問好，服務到位！離店時酒店前台還給我們提供了水果和礦泉水，大部分前台的服務還是非常細緻周到的。 美中不足的是：1.酒店客人素質低，希望酒店對安全隱患問題加強巡視管理。第一天在樓層電梯口看到有客人遺棄的煙頭，並聞到濃濃的煙味，對酒店和其他客人安全造成安全隱患。一層大堂休息區經常有人用極大的聲貝叫嚷、開會，希望酒店設立提示牌避免給他人帶來困擾。 2.希望酒店對隔音問題有所改進，加強巡邏。客人經常在走廊、電梯等公共場所大聲喧嘩。房間隔音較差，晚上經常聽到有人在走廊喧嘩，某天晚上1點半（可能樓上房間）不停在房間跺腳，因不能確定是哪個房間，沒辦法向前台反饋情況，衹能忍到其停止噪音才能入睡。 3.客房沒有清潔燈，保潔不能及時打掃房間。因我們平時掛了勿擾牌，翻面換成清潔時客房阿姨不能及時看到，導致我們離店2、3小時後回來房間仍未打掃。之後得知如急需打掃房間要給前台打電話協調。在我們離店前一天才得知酒店為客人提供免費冰淇淋和咖啡。希望客人辦理入住時，前台簡單向客人介紹下酒店環境及服務流程，顧客的體驗會更加便捷順暢舒適！

房間床品舒適，入住也會主動詢問是否需要開票，還倒了茶水，退房也贈送了伴手禮，電視很大，有免費洗衣服務很方便，價格整體來説不算貴，服務人員都很有禮貌，淋浴間水壓很大很舒適，外賣也可以用機器人送上來，窗台旁邊的休息區很適合吃下午茶，深夜粥到和早餐也都還不錯。
