一家今年新開的城市酒店，整體服務裝修設備都很好。 我們從英國回來在新鄭機場轉機，就想着來許昌胖東來打個卡，就入住了這個桔作酒店。酒店離天使城和文鼎胖東來都很近，打車十分鐘內就能到。 酒店的大堂經理看着很友善，一看我們拖着行李箱就馬上過來幫我們提行李。辦理入住的時候贈送了小朋友伴手禮，除了各種小零食，裏面竟然有文創冰箱貼。我們想要把行李直接郵寄回家，前台也很熱心地幫我們聯繫附近的快遞，大堂經理還特意幫我們去樓上取了一個紙箱和膠帶，真的太貼心了。感謝。 桔作酒店位於天悦廣場一號樓，前台在一樓，客房在18、19、20樓。房間層高很高，裝修設計很好地將過高的層高做成了富含中國古建韻味的屋頂造型，別有一番風味。進屋就是洗手枱和吧枱，有免費的四瓶礦泉水和可樂雪碧。廁所淋浴做了乾濕分離，大量運用的漸變玻璃在保持設計感的同時很好地照顧到了私密性和透光性，馬桶有坐墊加熱並且們自動沖水，淋浴花灑鏡雨頂噴，出水綿密強勁，手持花灑還可以切換多種出水模式。 床墊我也很喜歡，軟硬適中，枕頭也睡着很舒服。燈光電視窗簾還能語音操控。洗衣機烘乾機各有兩台，免費供入住旅客使用，用的還是胖東來的洗衣液。整體而言真的超出預期很多，比起英國大幾千的酒店有過之而無不及。真的非常推薦，希望有更多人喜歡這家酒店。
