The room I stayed in was too noisy. It was next to the road and I had no peace all night. I couldn't fall asleep even with my eyes closed. Babies with poor sleep quality should really consider

For some reason, the king-size room I booked was assigned to a strange-shaped room in the corner with a huge pillar in the middle of the room. When I was having breakfast in the morning, the waiter was afraid that I would take some food and my plate was still empty, so he told me not to open the plate. This is really the worst stay experience. I have blacklisted this chain brand and will not stay in any hotel under this brand next time.

I have stayed at Berman several times in Hainan before, and I booked it directly this time. When I got to the front desk, they said that if I became a member I would get free breakfast and a 10% discount within a year. Thinking that I would stay here again next time, I decided to get it. During the process, it turned out that I had already become a gold card member. The front desk asked me to use a different phone to register, but I did it anyway because I had been driving for so long. When I think about it, it doesn't make sense. What's the point of me having a silver card membership when I have a gold card? If I need breakfast, I can just pay for it. The front desk clerk knew what I wanted but still tried to trick me into applying for a card. This was not very nice of him. Of course, it was also my own fault that I didn't react in time. Strangely, I received a message the next morning saying that my silver card had expired. Internal facilities: facing the street, very noisy, few breakfast varieties.

I usually don't like to write reviews, but today I want to complain about this. The hotel room smelled pretty bad, and I changed three rooms in a row: the first room faced the street and was quite noisy. I went downstairs to the front desk and asked the receptionist, but she said there were no rooms available and suggested that I renew the fee for a second room. You can renew it, as long as you change it. When we entered the first room, the sewer smell was quite pungent, so we went downstairs to change to the third room (the lady at the front desk said this was the last room, meaning that this was the best room). The third one still had a peculiar smell, but it was slightly better than the second room. There were no more rooms available if we changed rooms, so that was the only way. If I hadn't checked in so late that day and hadn't driven and taken the ferry the whole day, I really wouldn't have stayed at this hotel. Just a reminder for those who will stay in this hotel later, maybe I just happened to come across these rooms.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was very noisy at night with cars driving around so I couldn't sleep well. I wanted to run more today but ended up being too sleepy and had to rest after running for a short while. Bad review!

I deliberately booked a more expensive room upstairs thinking it would be quiet and good for sleeping. I also asked the waiter to arrange a quieter room when I checked in. However, I couldn't sleep at all the whole night. There was an average of one car passing by every minute outside. The most important thing was that they were almost all big trucks. I couldn't sleep at all. The sound of people drinking and chatting upstairs was very clear. There was no sound insulation at all. There was a strong smell of cigarettes as soon as I entered the room. If you are a good sleeper, you can choose this, otherwise I really don't recommend it.
