Very close to Xuzhou East High-speed Railway Station, it only takes 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the station, which is super convenient. The hotel service was also excellent; they upgraded our room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time to avoid the rush of commuting.

The hotel is ideally situated a few minutes walk from the train station with restaurants and shops nearby. They have dining areas to choose from. I had an issue with the aircondition and lack of a fridge and the lady on the front desk was quick to help find an alternative room, (sorry i didn't get her name). One thing i found was it is advertised as having an executive lounge, so i booked an executive floor room yet when asking a few times to be sure the hotel staff assured me they had no executive lounge, this should not be allowed. It will not put me off booking this hotel in the future I think information needs to be clearer.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a three to five-minute walk to the high-speed train station, and both the subway and bus are very convenient. The staff provided great service; seeing I had a child, they proactively offered kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes. They were very welcoming, and the room they assigned was clean, tidy, and very quiet.

I was traveling for work and had a layover at Xuzhou East Station, so I booked this hotel. Coincidentally, they were having an event and I couldn't get a king-size bed room initially. However, the front desk noticed I was alone and proactively switched me to a king room. The service was really thoughtful!
