Ulasan Hyatt Regency Xuzhou

Room was clean, service was great and fast, location was right in the middle of the city though it really jams through peak hours. But this hotel is so comfortable, added more colours to my Xuzhou trip

AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, MY STAY WAS NICE, THEY HAVE ALLOCATED ME TO A HIGHEST FLOOR WITH GREAT VIEW BUT THE ROOM PICTURES UPLOADED TO THE WEBSITE IS QUITE FAR DIFFERENT TO THE ACTUAL ROOM.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

I come almost every month to Xuzhou, since last year I didn’t come to this hotel because really always problems. I decided after a year come back and give a new chance. Nothing change, front desk impossible to be worse , around 30 minutes to find my booking, after been long time waiting the staff of the front desk said sorry and I was explaining that it’s impossible to come tho this hotel because all the time problems because the staff really not professional, can’t be worse . They apologized and told me will send me some fruit ( I don’t really care the fruit) because keep me so long time to check, the funny thing is , NEVER send me the fruit, Never!! It’s not the point of the fruit, the point how can be so bad professional. Really I will not come back again. The worst staff i ever meet and of course from Hyatt only the name . Nothing around Hyatt world. It’s a 3 stars not more !!

説走就走，和家人一起在此度過了幾天歡樂時光，訂酒店時就看重蘇寧凱悦環境好，地理位置優越，周邊商業繁華。事實證明確實值得，感覺這裏工作人員素質都很高，尤其是房務部的夏幸福姐姐，人超級好！夏姐為人憨厚，服務熱情周到，善良又十分貼心，可以説是有求必應。一聽到我們是老鄉，頓時倍感親切，又看到我們本次是家庭出行，她表示很羨慕。聽聞她已經許久未歸家與家人團聚，深深理解她作為酒店人的辛酸和作為在外工作人員的辛苦。祝福今年春節她可以與家人團聚，盡享歡樂時光。 千言萬語，匯成一句，感謝照顧，感恩相遇！我將難以忘懷徐州這座有人情味的城市，也更加理解了為何徐州是蘇軾口中“快哉此風”。😄 對我們而言這無疑是一段難忘的旅途！
