The amenities were really good, with plenty of water, little crackers, and complimentary tea in the room. The washer/drier room is also great, with three of each. There is a great barbecue place right across the street, so good location as well. The hotel is close to a river which is pictured below.

房間：沒有冰箱，後詢問得知壞掉了。地板較臟。戴森吹風機。房間設施和賠償列表清單未更新，如吹風機賠償費190元，那是戴森哦。廁所換氣扇如拖拉機，一直沒開。
客房服務：在有人如廁時客房服務説自己太忙了直接要求進來打掃。我當時也衹穿了秋衣秋褲並不算方便。另一次，送水果過來，按門鈴後直接開門進來，並且告訴我她按門鈴了我要在裏面答應一聲，她沒有時間等我走到門口給她開門，因為春節太忙。第二天，直接把沒吃完的水果倒入我自己的一個塑料袋裡，把盤子拿走了。我當天並不退房。
健身房：設施本身不錯，史密斯機等都有。但三天無人打掃，無毛巾和飲用水，設備扔的到處都是。2號有小孩自己玩跑步機直接摔下來，無人管理或登記。
安全：電梯無門禁，快遞直接送到客房。也方便，也有安全隱患。
電梯：四部客梯，壞了一部，欄桿寫的是例行維護，但什麼例行維護要三天？客梯間沒有聯動，兩邊上下按鍵分別控制，導致高峯期等電梯非常慢。
早餐：26樓，品類還不錯，人多較亂，總體還可以。
前台：前台態度都不錯。只是作為四星級酒店，可以沒有入住飲品，但前台總應該提供熱水吧？
門僮：態度很好，停車免費。
住客管理：第二天下午突然打電話給我，問我們要不要退房。我説我是三晚住宿，還有一天。然後他發現搞錯了。本來道歉就可以了，結果找藉口説打電話是問我們今天要不要打掃房間。。。
總體説，酒店硬件雖不算新，也還尚可，但軟件，也就是人員管理和流程管理不到位，使得近六百一天的價格顯得性價比不高。

酒店有大型地下停車場，免費停車很方便，從酒店到徐州博物館、乾隆行宮、户部山、豐儲街都很近，我都是步行去的免去了景點停車難的問題。現在是冬季，但是酒店房間空調製暖依然十分給力，洗澡熱水也很大，酒店還人性化的做了延時退房處理，很滿意的一次入住體驗！

Have a nice weekend out of town. We ourselves live and work in Xuzhou, but we want peace and relaxation for the weekend. A very good impression of the hotel. Friendly, attentive, responsive staff. Clean and cozy rooms, good equipment. Nice view from the balcony. Excellent pastries and coffee for breakfast. A good park for walking, an opportunity to feed birds and piglets. Clean and warm swimming pool. Afternoon tea. Small gifts for children. The children played in the children's area. We are filled with energy again! Thank you very much, Primus!

BBelieVeeThe Longshan Hotel was a great hotel for people wanting to easily access the skiing facilities around the Jiawang area as it was located just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the ski slopes. The hotel itself was really clean with excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Although the swimming pool was closed, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hot spring was available to use at a discounted price for hotel guests and that it was open late till 9:30 so it was the perfect way to relax after a day out skiing or hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

RReid世界Firstly, I would like to 王利 for being the best hotel attendant. She would ask about my needs and arrange for house keeping everyday based on my request. She is very patient and understands my request easily. I felt like a vip in this hotel.
Hotel location wise is very near to Shopping Mall. The furnitures and facilities are also in very good condition. I done my research and can say for sure that this hotel is the best in PiZhou.
By the way, I am not local and can say for sure this hotel has met the International 5 star standard.

I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

LLuqiqiya酒店位置靠近機場，附近還有個動物園。因對象老家拆遷回家沒地方住，以往都是住縣裡，這次想着找家附近的，看了下評論還不錯，果斷選擇。
設施：淋浴有頂噴這點特別好，出水大。鏡子多且有燈光，對女生化粧來説真的很便利。
衞生：乾淨清爽。
特別説下：早飯很OK。西瓜很甜，早上就有大雞腿。麪條小小一份吃着正好。
樓下便利店很方便，忘了帶卸和洗面奶。下樓就能買到。

RRakshaRThe room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

FFGTRTDThe staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order.
I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

OOtautahianThis hotel is just 8 minutes north of Xuzhou East Station, so it is far from the city center, but convenient if you are not staying long. My room was large and bright, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants downstairs.
There are actually several hotels in this building, and this hotel is on the 15th floor.
The staff were lovely - one of my wet plastic bags left a stain on the bathroom counter, and when I couldn't remove it by myself I informed reception and asked to use their cleaning products. The woman just smiled and told me not to worry 😊
