"A hotel in Inakahama. Right in front of you is the beach where sea turtles come, and beyond that is the floating Kuchino Erabu. It's a quiet, relaxing environment. The food is island cuisine. There's plenty and it's delicious. However, even if you stay multiple nights, the food is almost the same. The downside to travel is that there are fewer bus services compared to Miyanoura Port to the airport. It's good for relaxing and watching the sea, but if you want to see various things such as the underwater hot springs, the Western forest road, and the waterfalls, or go to see the Jomon cedars, it's inconvenient without a rental car."

"I don't think I asked for too much, but I was denied and had the staff deal with it. I was depressed during the trip. I was disappointed with my fun trip to Yakushima. The reviews were very good, so it was a long time since I last traveled with my family, so it's a shame. From the owner's point of view, it may be something they do every day, but I had been looking forward to it for two months, so I think I made a mistake in choosing the accommodation. I would like to come to Yakushima again, but I won't be staying here again."

"close the entire "hotel" at 6pm, don't allow check-in after 6pm.. this is unheard of for an hotel. either you allow check-in until 8pm at least or don't call yourself an hotel. we were almost left without a place that night. they didn't agree to refund either.. (notified us via email one same day of check-in, didn't call even)."
