室内は壁紙が破れた後を補修した跡がはっきり分かるような状態だが、部屋の広さはシングルとしては広い方かもしれない。スーパーホテルグループはロハスを語っているので、エコに気を配っているようだが、健康朝食を謳っている朝食ビュッフェもどの辺が健康なのか今いちよくわからない。只温泉は15時から翌９時まで入り放題なのはとてもよく浴室は広くはないものの堪能させてもらった。尚、部屋は暗証番号式でカギやカードがないのでチェックアウト時に手続きなしで出られるのも良いと思う。

あいにく、天候が悪く頂上までは見れませんでしたが、白い蔵王が少しだけ見れました。 予期せぬトラブルがあったのですが ホテルのスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしくて、大変満足のいく旅でした。本当にありがとうございました。次回もぜひ、ここにしたいと思います。 仲居さんも、食事の内容とか丁寧に説明してくださいます。アットホームな感じが最高でした。

The location is good. Room is decent equipped with heater that I think is time to replace seems not working very well. The breakfast and dinner especially is very worth n nice. First night we had pork shabu shabu n second night lamb BBQ. The staffs in restaurants r friendly n good, especially the old uncle n Philippo lady . Can see all the local staffs sort of rely or keep letting the lady work only as she speak english. In other words, a bit taking advantage of her. onsen is also nice especially the outdoor with trees n snow feel. The front desk staffs r very bad. There is one young guy that just stand there and when I carry my little girl with one hand while another hand pushing luggage where I need to push the entrance door. During check in, even the philipino girl helped to push the luggage inside while the same guy just stand there n look. Another more serious attitude guy was the older shorter guy with mole on his face, I parked my car in front as there was no parking didn't know is the hotel's van lot, the guy spoke with to remove the car like scolding n yelling at me. Super bad attitude. Lastly the air filter in the room, the cleaning standard operating procedure should include cleaning the water tank n it's surrounding. Looks very dirty with mold. Overall is worth your money n experience just some negative experiences by some bad staffs. Not missing another issue is the smoking room, is the exactly at the entrance n next to the welcome drinks sofa (though with ventilation n dedicated room but still can smell the smoke)

素晴らしいロケーション小高い丘の上にホテルが建てられているため、街ぜんたいが見わたせてとても嬉しいポイント。働いている人も全員若いのにサービスに無駄がなくテキパキとサポートしていただきました。
絵皿のコレクションは素晴らしい大好きなタレントさんや大物政治家 作家 企業家アスリートの生き方生活信条を少しでも感じることができて、この宿に決めて良かったと思う。

This hotel is impeccable in its service and cleanliness. The nightly onsen was so nice after a long day and the rooms are pretty big. For a solo traveller, I had the luxury of a huge room with two super single bed. If you're looking for a quiet place, this hotel is what you need.

一流の宿で間違いなし！社員教育がすごいできている宿です。最近は久しくなかったのですが荷物をお部屋まで運んでくれる系の宿でした。宿の内部が広くて庭も立派で豪華すぎ！まるで迷路のようでした。夕食は個室でいただけるので気楽です。料理の説明の方は若い方でしたが非常にしっかりしています。朝ごはんは山菜など野菜系が多く、麻婆豆腐とかコッテリ中華系料理も多かったので珍しいなと思い、とった麻婆豆腐が凄うまでした。料理は全てもちろん美味しいのですが印象に残っているのが米です。山形の米って本当に美味しいんですね。細長い品種でとても好みでした。泊まった部屋が３階だったからか部屋からの眺めは期待出来ないかもしれません。本当に言うことはないのですが、ひとつ言わせていただくとすれば、部屋から出ると必ず厨房から料理のにおいがしていたのが気になりました。

Booked this hotel last minute since our original hotel cancelled on us. We were a family of four and booked two rooms, but we got two sets of interconnecting rooms (so four rooms in total) upon checking in for the exact same price. Onsen bath was small, but very clean and the breakfast was fulfilling. For the price we paid, it was a superb value. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Yamagata region, though would recommend renting a car to get around.

Ddiga_blackいつもは蔵王国際ホテルに泊まっていますが、今回予約が取れなかったので、比較的評価が高いこちらの宿にしてみました。 蔵王国際ホテルについては、過去何回もクチコミを書かせて頂いています。同ホテルと比較する形で、こちらの宿の感想を書かせて頂きます。 １．立地 バスターミナル前にあり、バスで来るには便利な場所です。共同浴場巡りをするにも適しています。ただスキーの場合は、ロープウェイ山麓駅までのバス送迎か、板を担いで温泉街を歩く必要があります。この点では温泉街から少し離れた高台にあり、ゲレンデにほぼ直結している蔵王国際ホテルの方が便利です。 ２．施設 結構大きい宿ですが、それなりに年季が入った建物です。ただ中はきれいにされています。 フロントは一階。出入口から外へはさらにもう一階下に降ります。また四階より上階に行くには、エレベーターを乗り換える必要があります。上階から頻繁に外に出入りするのはちょっと面倒です。 蔵王国際ホテルも複数の建物があり、出入口は１ヶ所で結構歩くので、この点ではどちらも同じです。客室はきちんとリニューアルされ何も問題ありません。ただ蔵王国際ホテル南館のような、豪華な造りと眺望を楽しむ事は出来ません。 ３．温泉 露天風呂付の大浴場は悪くないですが、ちょっと水回りの設備劣化が進んでいます。硫化水素ガスの影響で劣化が速いのは仕方がないですが、そろそろ手を入れた方が良さそうです。 露天風呂は小さめ。浴室施設は４つある貸切風呂も含め、蔵王国際 ホテルには敵いません。ただ温泉の利用状況は、上湯にある源泉から加水等一切せず、自然の傾斜を使って引き湯しているつるやの方が、蔵王国際ホテルより少し優れていると感じました。 ４．食事 どちらの宿も味は平均点以上だと思います。ただ、つるやのすき焼きのタレは、当方には少々甘すぎに感じました。また、料理を出したら食べ終わるまで下膳してくれないのが、ちょっと気になりました。これらの点で蔵王国際ホテルの方が優れていました。 ５．接客 皆さん丁寧でしたし、フロントの方も手際が良かったです。 蔵王国際ホテルのクチコミで再三書きましたが、蔵王国際ホテルはフロントに、とんでもない地雷接客をする従業員が複数います。 彼ら（彼女たち）の接客応対だけで、ホテル全体の高評価を一気に下げています。これを放置している経営陣は本当に怠慢です。 フロントにはなるべく近づかない、会計は支払う前に入念にミスが無いか確認するというのが、蔵王国際ホテルで快適に宿泊するための鉄則です。この点ではつるやの圧勝です。(蔵王国際ホテルが酷すぎるというのが、正確かもしれません。)

PPengguna Tetamu歌人 斎藤茂吉氏とゆかりのある宿。 泊まった方や地域の方が詠んだ和歌が飾ってあり、部屋にも短冊、筆がおいてあります。 部屋数も少なく、食事も個室で頂けて、とても落ち着いた雰囲気の良いお宿です。 置かれた調度品や家具、食事に使われている食器など、こだわりとセンスの良さを感じます。 特に積もった雪を見ながら入る白濁した硫黄の香る温泉と山形の食材を使った優しい味わいの美味しい料理は目でも楽しめて、大満足。 食材などの質問へも丁寧に答えて頂き、山型の歴史や文化を知ることもできました。 バスターミナルやロープウエイ乗り場への送迎も嬉しいサービスです。

PPengguna TetamuL’hôtel en soi est magnifique. A l’intérieur on dirait un petit château féodal. La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse et magnifique. On vient vous chercher à la gare en navette (mais c’est vraiment tout prêt, à peine 5 min à pied, attention ça monte dans le sens gare-＞hotel). Repas kaiseki est excellent. Petit déjeuner japonais uniquement. Les onsens sont très agréables mais ne proposent aucuns amneties et vous n’avez le droit qu’à une seule plaque de produit si bien que si vous y allez plusieurs fois, vous n’en n’avez plus. L’équipe est très agréable mais parle peu l’anglais (pour certain pas du tout). Le patron par contre est assez désagréable, c’est dommage car c’est une des dernières personnes que vous croiserez et cela laisse un goût un peu amer. On a fait plusieurs ryokan au Japon, dans différentes régions (Kyushu, Fuji, Nagano et Kyoto notamment), et je pense que le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la moyenne (pas de vue particulière que ce soit des chambres ou de l’hôtel en lui même, pas d’amneties, peu de services spécifiques…). Le manque de propositions à Zao Onsen pousse sûrement à mettre des tarifs assez élevés mais c’est dommage…

KKelly LooWe spent 2 nights at the Hotel. Location was convenient, very near to the bus station (maybe 5mins walk) and gondola to the top. With the help from the information counter at bus station, we were pick up and dropped by the hotel transport which was great during winter. Room we stay was tradition Japanese style (floor beds). Toilet was very small though. Quite old hotel but well maintained. Dinner was great 👍🏻

PPengguna Tetamu昨シーズンに蔵王デビューしてから蔵王に嵌っています。初めて利用しました。心より応援したくなるのが松金屋アネックスです。以下が正直な印象です。 １： 普段、機能性・効率性・スタッフのキャパシティで米国系のホテルを国内外で利用しており対価とホテルサービスが比例するのは当然と考えています。ミスが有れば容赦しません。松金屋アネックス、昭和感がたっぷりで普段のホテル選択からは外れるかも知れません。しかし、とても心地良いのです。理屈抜きでリラックス出来ます。現場の最高責任者であるS専務ですがトラブル対応を含めとても好感を抱きます。フロントのMrs.Sさん、Tさんを始め皆さん山形ホスピタリティたっぷりです。 ２： 昨今の物価高騰を受けながら物凄い企業努力をされているのだと思います。コスパ抜群でとても美味しい食事です。大きな椀にたっぷりの山形名物の『芋煮』、感動ものです。思わずIさんにおかわりを頼んでしまいました。他の旅館の様にお品書きが置かれていません。SDGsの観点から必要と考えていない立場なので不自由は感じません。個々の料理を知りたければ聞けば良いだけです。其の対応も山形ホスピタリティに触れる好機でしょう。最後のデザートに至るまでリーズナブルな料理が続きます。高級食材だけで食事に満足出来る訳ではありません。 ３： 建物も新しいものではなく隣・上階の音も遮断されていません。WIFI利用可能ですがIT機器を携行する昨今なのでコンセントの場所やデスクの広さ、コンセント数等の制約が有ります。宿泊者自身でアレンジが必要でしょう。其の点、宿泊料や山形ホスピタリティを踏まえ甘受しましょう。東館ベッドルーム（トイレ・バス付）でしたががデスクを占領するポットを始め使わないと決めた物を外に出しました。尚、館内には洗濯機（200円）と乾燥機（100円）が各2台、設置されています（洗剤用意しましょう）。ロック付きでプライバシー対応の洗濯乾燥機が主流な昨今ですが違います。でもコインランドリー設置の宿泊施設が蔵王では限られる中でとても助かります。洗濯機や乾燥機が使用中か否かフロントで確認しに行って貰えばあらぬ疑いを女性利用者に掛けられるリスクを減らせます。 ４： 温泉（展望風呂）と大浴場、とても風情があります。24時間利用可能なので深夜にビジネスメールが来てイラっとしても温泉で気分転換です。大浴場には、マッサージチェアが設置され人気の無い時間帯なら入浴してはマッサージチェアを繰り返しリラックス出来ます。ただ、暖房が無い時間帯の温泉・大浴場エリア、寒いです。 ５： 樹氷原へ向かうロープウェー駅には裏手から階段と雪道を経て徒歩で行けます。階段は急で雪が降り積もるとハードです。ロープウェー駅からの帰路、『銘品館』と言う土産物屋があり『玉こんにゃく』を一串購入し、ハフハフしながら食べた後、松金屋アネックス迄、歩いて帰りましょう。

キキリンBilik itu terlalu besar dan saya berasa sedikit sejuk, tetapi kakitangannya sangat baik, makanannya lazat, mereka memberi saya sebotol susu lagi selepas mata air panas, dan mandian terbuka peribadi dan tempat mandi awam yang besar adalah. hebat.

PPengguna Tetamu細い急坂をやっと上がると老舗ホテルにたどり着く。外見は結構くたびれている。 宿泊した部屋はTWIN十分な広さがあり、ドリップコーヒー４ケ゚がマシーンと共に備えられているのが目を引くが古さは否めない。折から宿泊客が少ないせいか風呂は独占、枯れた良さがあった。食事は焼き肉を中心に大健闘であった。

We loved the whole experience at Omiya Ryokan in Zao Onsen. We had a spacious and generously proportioned corner room and a lovely view over the village. The Kaiseki dinners and breakfasts were incredible and so carefully served. Omiya’s staff were lovely, and I want especially to mention Ishiyama-san for her wonderful help in making forward bookings for us and organising our suitcase to be sent onwards. She was always so smiling and patient. The ryokan’s Onsen was beautiful and we enjoyed it every day, wearing our Omiya yukatas. The outside onsen foot-bath was a lovely touch, and, hoping for enough late-season snow we even managed two lovely ski days!

Bit all the love collection and kimd of time capsule feeling is so attractive and not mention the host is hospitaly
I would choose this one next run if i have no luggage to carry on stairs

DDemi.9.2Best experience I could get from this place was the owner being a great cook and exceptional with her conversations and mannerisms in sending and welcoming her customers.
Location is wonderful too, as it is quiet yet not far from the main areas to eat and transit in Yamagata. Honestly 1 of a hidden gem.
Only drawback would probably be the hot tub as she is handling it on her own and if there are multiple people living there that night, it can get a little dirty, so I'll keep to using the showers would do.
Love the place so much!
