Ulasan Hotel New Marble

This hotel is old , but conveniently located near the JR Yamagata Station. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. The Japanese twin room we stayed in was clean.

It’s not a great hotel, but for the price, it’s fair enough.

The room is dirty. We can see a lot of dirts on the mattress. I do not recommend for everyone.

Nice hotel, Great location just 3 mins walk from Yamagata Station. Many sightseeing attractions nearby the hotel too.

The minor problem is that the door lock is very difficult to be unlocked. There is instruction to turn counter clockwise but it looks like sometimes work sometimes don’t work. Otherwise excellent.

Considering the price, it's reasonable. The foreigner at the reception was polite. The air conditioning was broken and it was a spot cooler, so the regulated air was blowing on my body and I couldn't move, so I was worried about catching a cold.

The air conditioner was broken, so the replacement spot air conditioner (?) took up a lot of space, was loud, and didn't make for a quiet night, but amenities were provided (although in a slightly unusual location), the bathtub was spacious, and it was close to the station, the Yamako bus terminal, and a convenience store, so it might be a good deal considering the price. However, I'm not sure it would be comfortable staying for multiple nights...

It was very simple. We were asked to bring only what we needed: a gown, razor, and toothbrush. As other people have written, there was something like a stain on the futon, but the sheets seemed clean so it didn't bother me. I booked a twin room, but for some reason I felt like I got a triple room. The room was spacious and nice. Other people have mentioned that the heating was cold, and although it is certainly difficult to fine-tune, it wasn't cold and I was able to sleep comfortably. It's very close to the station and the location is easy to find, so I think it's the best value for money. The lock was old, but it had a certain charm to it. Thank you very much.

Arrange 3 triple rooms, comfortable. However, the water temperature for showering was low on the first day, but it has improved after feedback. On snowy days, the air conditioning in the room is not on, so I always feel cold, but fortunately the quilt is warm.

The service was excellent. Thank you very much. The location and price were also excellent. However, the air conditioner was broken, so we had to use a spot cooler, which was quite noisy. As a result, we couldn't open the window, so there was no room for anything. The refrigerator didn't seem to be working.

It is about 4 minutes away from Yamagata Station. The room is very comfortable, but the door is heavy. There is a microwave across the lobby on the first floor that you can use. There is a car rental shop next to the hotel. Opposite the hotel, you can eat Yonezawa beef and 7-11. Shopping, very convenient

It was a smoking room, but it didn't smell like cigarettes and was very comfortable! Also, the towels were very fluffy, it was the first time I'd ever seen such fluffy towels!

The building seems to have been renovated, and it is very clean and nice. However, although there is a washlet, for some reason it did not work. I can hear the door opening and closing in the next room, but I cannot hear anyone talking. There is a hair dryer in the room, but please bring your own women's amenities. It is conveniently located near the station, and I was able to use it at a low price, so I would say it is sufficient.
