Hotel staff helped me to send my luggage to another hotel location thanks! The room is clean and big tv!

Good Location, easy to go on train. Good service and the room is very big.

The hotel location is excellent and very convenient. The room is also very spacious and comfortable. However, one thing we were slightly disappointed with was that our request for two extra bottles of water was declined by the front desk, as they mentioned only two bottles are provided per day. We’re not sure if this is a standard policy across hotels in Japan. Overall, we were still very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. It's connected to JR, and just a 2-minute walk to the left of the exit is the bus stop for Zao Onsen. There are also supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, and plenty of small restaurants across the street. The rooms in the South Wing are very new, and the Japanese breakfast is highly recommended.

This Yamagata hotel is excellent, part of the JR Hotels group. It's located right above Yamagata Station. I found it very new and comfortable. The 11 AM check-out time was also a plus. Being right on top of the JR central station is incredibly convenient.

The room was a bit small, but it had all the necessary facilities and amenities. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. While the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the taste was quite agreeable. My only real complaint about breakfast was how crowded it got; I felt quite squeezed in with other guests, which made conversations awkward and a bit uncomfortable. Another minor issue was the strict check-in time. You couldn't get into your room until 3 PM, and checking in earlier required an additional fee.

Next to the train station and bus stop. The breakfast Japanese one is amazing. Highly recommended

Unlike typical japanese hotel, the room size is much bigger and comfortable! Surrounded by multiple restaurants, we can find nice restaurant easily.

Super convenient directly connected to the JR train station. Very clean. Only flaws may be compact space and heating is too strong, but not significant problems at all.

It’s right at the station, so you don’t have to step outside. The room is clean, warm, and comfortable.

Excellent location with good service, parking is easy and many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to malls and train station. Good customer service, good room size.

Fantastic location, the hotel is in the Yamagata Station itself. Zao Station is outside the hotel. We went to Ginzan Onsen via JR to Oishida Station., it just took 40 minutes. There is a shopping centre called S-Pal, very convenient. I will re-book the hotel when returning to Yamagata. Recommended 👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

Hotel is in the train station makes it easy to go around. Nice hotel.
