Hotel Perniagaan di Yamaguchi

この度、当ホテルを事前予約させて頂きましたが、私の個人的な仕事の事情でキャンセルさせて頂きました。当アプリで予約させて頂き、キャンセル期日を過ぎてのキャンセルでしたので、完全に私の不手際で招いたことです。アプリ管理者様は最後までキャンセル料が発生しないように御尽力頂きました。本当に感謝致しております。しかしながら、私も理解していなかったのですが、アプリ様はホテルと某旅行会社の仲介業者様で、結局のところ旅行会社の利益の反するところで、キャンセル料が発生いたしました。これについて私は文句を言いたい訳ではありません。私は某ホテルを気に入ってよく利用しておりまして、直に予約する事もあるのですが、直であれば、キャンセルの事情をお伝えすれば、ホテル様のご判断で、当日でもキャンセル料を取られないケースもあると思います。実際私も、そのようなこともごさいました。私が言いたいのは、アプリは予約がお手軽で、とても便利だとは思いますが、お仕事上に急なキャンセルが想定される場合は、直接ホテルで予約される方が良いと思います。特にお気に入りのホテルであれば、下手に無駄な仲介を取られるよりは、ホテルに還元した方が良いと思います。最後にもう一度お伝えしますが、当アプリの管理者様には2度も、某旅行会社の方へ交渉頂きまして、最終的にはダメでしたが、そのご尽力にとても感謝いたしております。本当にありがとうございました。

JR山口線の湯田温泉駅から少し遠いけどタクシーに乗るほどの距離でもない位置の湯田温泉街にあり、葬儀の前日に利用。フロントの対応が丁寧で適切で迅速、満点でした。温泉が隣接しており、湯冷めしない位置にあります。朝食メニューはビジネスホテルとしてはビフェで種類は豊富で¥900で価格相応。iphone充電器忘れフロントで無料で貸し出し戴き助かりました。また利用したいと思います。

Great luxury hotel in Yudaonsen. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable (the tatami mats must have been recently replaced, since the entire floor smelled of fresh tatami!) The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, and the staff went out of its way to ensure that no fish or seafood were present in my meal (I am allergic to both). While it cost to reserve the onsen bath, it was well worth it -- a great soak was had by both of us! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

湯田温泉の中ではライトに利用できるコスパ最良のホテルです。この時代にこの価格でサービスが提供できていることに感心します。 施設外の提携大型駐車場ですがすぐ傍にあり、400円で駐車可能です。湯田温泉の中心くらいの立地なので食事には困りません。一人でも家族、友人でも使いやすい店ばかりです。 ウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。意外と利用客が多く、皆さん有効活用してました。21時までなので、出張ビジネスマンにとっては22時までだと非常にありがたい。 施設は年数なりの傷みは所々あるけど綺麗にされています。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。 朝食はもう少し和食の落ち着いた品が欲しいです。あまり食べたいものがありませんでした。朝食スタッフの方の元気な挨拶で気持ちの良い朝でした。 総じてオススメのホテルです。旅館とかではなく、気軽に湯田温泉を楽しみたい方にはコスパの良いホテルです。

市町村大合併によって、由緒ある懐かしい市町村名がなくなりつつあります。小郡という名前もそうです。今では山陽新幹線の新山口という味気ない名前になってしまいましたが、山陽本線、宇部線、山口線の結節点でもありました。

お湯も熱く泉質も良いです！お肌もツルツルになりました！毎晩開催されている女将劇場が面白くパワー貰えます！80歳現役です！ 宿泊客は無料で観ることができます。スタッフも全員親切で、留学生が多いですが、いつも笑顔で対応してくれ気分良いです。 設備は少し古いです。昭和レトロな雰囲気です。

For our four day visit to Yamaguchi, I considered hotels in Yamaguchi and Shin Yamaguchi. Reviews suggested that Shin Yamaguchi had a poor selection of restaurants, so I opted for Yamaguchi. As a tourist, this was the wrong choice. The main attractions of Yamaguchi prefecture are widely spread, involving a lot of travel. The convenience of Shin Yamaguchi outweighs all other considerations. This hotel, though modern and with good facilities, is extremely inconvenient. Yamaguchi station is about 25 minutes from Shin Yamaguchi by local train and a further 1200yen taxi ride from the station. Newly built, everything is very clean. My room, a superior twin, provided adequate space, though the 2square metre bathroom was extremely cramped. Good TV, WI-FI and refrigerator. Beds very firm. Ground floor of hotel has a coin laundry, ice and drinks machine, plus hot spring baths. Room price includes breakfast, which is completely Japanese. Rather to be expected as I appeared to be the only foreign guest. The restaurant is also open after 6.30pm and offers a good selection of dishes at very reasonable prices. A nice hotel, but a totally unsuitable location for tourists.

ご飯が美味しく、特に朝食が良かったです。魚にこだわりを感じました。

If you would like to enjoy/experience typical high-end Japanese ryokan. You never regret choosing this hotel. The excellent dinner (I chose fugu-kaiseki) is offered at the individual dining rooms with great privacy. You enjoy quiet moment at their beautiful Japanese garden where many carps. People are very kind and attentive. I had a very impressive time there.
