The location, surroundings, and stylish room were all fantastic. The jacuzzi was also a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views of Lake Yamanaka and Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, you can't see Mount Fuji directly from the room, but step outside and the view is absolutely breathtaking. However, we were relying on the washing machine for our last day after camping, but the dryer function was broken, so we could only wash. We ended up having to hang everything to dry inside, which was a bit disappointing as it made it feel too much like home.

We reached a bit late. But self check in so no problem for us. Just a bit disappointed that we cannot see the Fuji in the morning because of the weather. Overall it’s quite good. There are two toilet and two bathroom in the villa.

The location is perfect, right by Lake Yamanaka with Mount Fuji in full view. Waking up, I could see Mount Fuji from inside the house, and the evenings were wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. It has a jacuzzi, two toilets and two showers which was great, and the kitchen facilities were incredibly well-equipped. Plus, there's a private parking space. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance.

Amazing place. Apartment was very spacious and the view is immaculate. although the weather wasn't very clear during our stay. We still managed to see Fuji right from the apartment. Apartment comes with many facilities such as washer and cooking appliances which we used to have dinner with ingredients bought from the supermarket in kawaguchiko. Overall amazing stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Fuji Yamanakako. The view is truly 10/10 — we could see Mount Fuji directly from the villa, and waking up to such a breathtaking scenery every morning was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, with Lake Yamanakako just a 1-minute walking distance, making it very convenient for morning walks and enjoying the peaceful lakeside atmosphere. The villa itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the fully furnished kitchen — there were plenty of utensils, plates, pots, and cooking tools available, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy our own breakfast easily. It really felt like a home away from home. The environment was quiet, relaxing, and ideal for anyone looking to escape the busy city and enjoy nature, especially with the stunning view of Mount Fuji right in front of you. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend Villa Fuji Yamanakako to anyone visiting the Fuji area. It is a perfect place for families, couples, or friends who want a comfortable stay with an incredible view. We would definitely love to come back again in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great place with a wonderful host! The room was clean and comfortable, and the communication was excellent. Really appreciated the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is unbeatable, right on the lake – nature truly is healing. However, the service could use some improvement. Check-in was a long and complicated process; we had to use a self-service kiosk to input all our information and get a password before we could even enter. We couldn't check in before the designated time, even though the room was already clean. You won't find much in the way of personalized service here.

Good location, fantastic view of mount fuji, and near lake to walk there to enjoy view and activities. Great place to chill with friends and families. Full equipped kitchen , jacuzzi with view.

The location is absolutely incredible—we had a direct view of Mt. Fuji from our room, and it's just a two-minute walk to Hirano Beach. The beer from the hotel's draft machine was so much better than what you can find elsewhere! The kitchen was also fully equipped with pots, pans, and all sorts of utensils. It’s a pity we arrived late—otherwise, we could have enjoyed a full hot pot and barbecue feast!

Very good location near Hirano Beach & popular photo spots in walking distance. Nice view of Fuji. All the amenities are well prepared. Good for group as there are two bathroom & 2 toilets which are separated from each others. All the check-in & out processes are made through tablet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Mount Fuji is right outside the door, and you can even get great photos of it at night. During the day, it's the first thing you see when you step out. Since it's autumn/winter, I'd recommend packing warm clothes. The guesthouse itself is very well-equipped and super clean.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and all the amenities were great. It's also really close to Lake Yamanaka, and they even provide a Nespresso machine and a BBQ grill for guests to use! Highly recommend staying here.

I hope the check in procedure can be improved to be more simplified and easy , the tablet using for check in was way too slow Also the check in room, the window should install a curtain to avoid direct sunlight when people are working in the check in
