The hotel is aged with limited service. Upgrade of facilities is definitely needed.

Staff and hotel staff are very good service, the hotel is near the ski slopes, the rooms are very old, the onsen is old and not clean.

The location of the hotel is convenient to 熊之湯 ski site with a walking distance of 3 minutes.
The onsen itself is of good standard however the facilities within the onsen is inadequate. There are no face tissues, drinking water in the onsen and it’s so cold there.
The dinner is nice and has enough food and variety.
The breakfast doesn’t fit my appetite.
Ski rental is available but the boots are a bit old.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
