The hotel was in a great part of town and the service was great. The breakfast was quite good. The only downside was the dryer for the laundry room was broken. It seems that many hotels buy the most inexpensive machines to be able to add laundry room to their amenities list. We are into our sixth week of travel in China and we depend on laundry rooms as an essential item not a luxury add on.

本來抱着試試的心態，在延安出差，對比之下找了這家，整個酒店的服務設施真的很不錯哎，酒店裝修也是我喜歡的風格，床鋪也很乾凈，給門衞大叔，和前台的姐妹們點贊👍，真的很愛這種細節控的酒店，很人性，後面一共居住了2晚，每天都有新花樣的早餐給送到房間，下次來延安還住這裏

延安大酒店硬件非常好，走廊寬、房間大，雙床都是1.5米的，帶着孩子就是衝著這個大床去的，早餐也行。但酒店的管理太差了，走廊和房間的地毯都是一片片的地圖好像沒有清理過，晚上11點到的酒店，房間居然沒有換床單，被子下邊床單上手摸着一床的小顆粒，不知道啥東西，衞生間坐便竟然有沒有沖走的衞生紙，夜班服務員服務非常好，連夜又打掃了衞生換了床單，第二天到前台反映前台好像不以為然，顯示的五鑽感覺像過去的招待所。

酒店在景區，位置沒的説，住宿環境也八比想象的要好，我定房時把日期搞錯了，入住當天快到酒店與酒店聯繫時才發現，還好前台及時幫忙調了兩間，雖然每間房高出100，但好在解決了問題，避免了失誤的幹尬，朋友們都很開心，早餐雖然簡單，但口味都不錯。酒店小院幽靜，整體感覺不錯。

這是我住過最差的“高檔酒店”，首先前台有個服務員態度極差，不是那個瘦瘦的女娃，是另外一個。問題豪華和，行政有啥區別，她説她不知道，給我説你去看了就知道了。那我還問你幹啥，房間雖然大，但是有點空盪，少點裝扮，顯得冷清。第二，你給我喝一塊錢的礦泉水？你給我用連鎖店的牙刷？還掉毛的不行。第三，早餐，你看起來還擺的多，多的都是“預製菜”，真正能吃能喝的也不多，因為我花的錢，絕對不是這樣的早餐。廚房也沒人，煎蛋沒有，連延安特色羊雜也沒有，想吃個白水面，還沒人。第四，洗個澡，發現地漏肯本就不往下流，妥妥一個水漫金山。總結，這家餐飲住宿一體，主要以過事宴席為準，住宿的話，有的裝高大上的感覺。設施和服務確實不行。如果你是商務出行，千萬不要帶客户領導來這裏，划不來。

老牌酒店，設施並不新，但環境乾淨整潔，服務人員素質不錯，隨時問侯，彬彬有禮，
酒店很大，停車場也大，就在門口很方便。
尤其是早餐相當豐富，早餐大廳是舉辦婚禮的大堂，大氣上檔次。
特點是在一個山凹裏，綠意盎然。要走一段不短的上山路。也許位置稍偏，但對自駕出遊非常方便。

CCat I had a wonderful stay, Lian Jie was very generous and hospitable. She showed me how caves were created and made me a three course dinner! There was great hot water shower and heating panel which kept me feeling toasty even as the temperature plummeted in the night. Definitely recommend this place when you go to the Yucha canyon - it’s 3km away and a fantastic way to help the local economy while enjoying local hospitality.

JJohnSuper lovely place to stay. Quaint, welcoming, location is a top a mountain just above the Yellow River with beautiful views of the hills. Rooms are clean, the food is amazing local cuisine. If there was anything negative…the beds have no mattress. Literally a bed frame made of wood with a 2-3 cm comforter. Yes, I prefer hard form beds, however the beds in this hotel are hard as rock, impossible to sleep on your side. Woke up with an aching back, here’s hoping the owners of the hotel do what’s needed and provide actual mattresses, a basic type will do.

HHuangxiaocao*今次來西安，我想説的是，西安最美的不光是它的歷史文化及風景，最美的是這裏的人。
我們當天來到甘泉習圓客棧的時候，因為天氣及路況問題，到客棧時己經很晚了，老闆一直在等我們，然後看到我們都安頓好了才去休息，我心裏是很過意不去。第二天一早要離開時車子發生故障，老闆就找人過來幫忙啟動。
然後我們就興高彩烈地去甘泉大峽谷了。完成遊覽後車又再啟動不起來，我們又衹能再找老闆幫忙幫忙。 本以為他會很不願意的，可是他收到我們電話的時候，二話不説立馬答應，更即帶着兩條“搭火線”過來景區幫我們處理。
我夫婦二人真的很感動，沒有老闆這種好心人幫助的話，我想我們的旅程沒法完成。感謝老闆及他一家人的熱心，我們真的感受到人情温暖。
客棧的環境很好很乾凈，浴室床舖都非常清潔，衞生情況非常好。山區不比城市，這裏的一切卻比我想像好多千倍！房間非常舒適，老闆娘説每個房間都是她親自打掃的。超讚！！
客棧距景區入口很近，約5-10分鐘內的步程。客棧外也有很美的景色。
再次感謝你們一家，讓我們的旅程添加了很美麗的色彩。祝福你們生活愉快。

WWandering EnglishmanEnjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants.
The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view.
The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients.
The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits.
Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

DDonglike酒店坐落在延安郊區，距離市區二道街大概20公里！環境非常優美，酒店很大，有幾個住宿樓。還有散養的孔雀很可愛！就是周圍沒有吃的，適合自駕居住！
有停車場，停車很方便！
早餐看上去可以，實際上很一般，幾個很普通的炒菜，有沖兑的牛奶和大桶酸奶，沒有單獨的小盒酸奶！也沒有很多五星級酒店配的水果撈之類的，也就是三星酒店的早餐標準！不要對早餐期待太高！
房間有四瓶礦泉水和2盒牛奶免費贈飲。
就是過道和房間的地攤感覺不舒服，走過去飄灰塵，反而不如純地磚地板那樣乾淨！
總體來説，環境優美，住宿安逸！躺在房間欣賞窗外的山景，很放鬆心情！
下次來延安，我應該還會首選這裏！

OOtautahianThe location is just six minutes from the railway station, on the west side of the river. It is also a twelve minute walk from the coach station, so very convenient if you want to take a bus to Hukou Waterfall, Wave Valley or The Canyon. I chose a Kang room, even though it was summer, and it was a novel experience. The staff were all friendly, and breakfast was fine. There is currently no laundry room in the hotel for guests to use.
