酒店很有地方特色，非常大，可以慢慢逛慢慢看，我們到的時候下了雪，銀裝素裹，非常漂亮，酒店一角就是一景，拍照很出片，孩子們在酒店玩雪就不用安排第二天行程了，還到酒店的百年窯洞參觀了，房間設施完善，乾淨，被褥舒適，零下16度房間裏也很暖和。餐廳很乾凈，入住的人少就沒有設自助早餐，但人到了就先做，熱呼呼的，雖然簡單的早餐，但也非常滿意，工作人員很熱情服務周到，離店後用車帶我們出去乘坐公共汽車去火車站。雪景和酒店的工作人員熱情的服務使這次旅途加分不少。

這條還是給5分，但是要提一些問題。第一早餐差一點，不是很用心，品種很多但是不好吃，特別是羊雜碎。第二，房間衞生死角，鋼製窗紗和牀頭櫃與床之間的位置很臟，看着像從開業就沒打掃乾淨。第三，大堂缺少服務經理。

酒店在市區很好找，門口吃飯也方便。因為飯店較多，所以停車較為不便，還好在工作人員的協調下終於停進來了。房間設施完善，乾淨衞生。早餐一般，東西不是很多，但也能吃飽。吃完會讓自己把餐盤放置統一位置。

We wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel.
It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price

非常滿意。酒店檔次很高，應該是延安最好的酒店。而且明顯透露出國有企業的大氣和擔當。酒店位置好，市中心，去哪裡都方便。停車場很大，管理有序。酒店大堂富麗堂皇。特別説一聲酒店餐飲，味道不錯，價格還是和外面的一樣，服務人員也多，幫我們把清燉羊肉搞個爐子點着，火鍋燙菜，非常好。走廊寬大，房間這大整潔，床和枕頭很舒適，熱水大。和攜程上看到的照片是兩回事，實際上是五星級，照片像農家樂。因為是分兩種房型下單的，前面已經評價過了。這個為賺積分。

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located.
The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful!
The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful.
I would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and will definitely come back.

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Yan'an Railway Station located approximately 1km away and Nanniwan Airport roughly 11km away. Seeing Yan'an's sights from this hotel is easy with Yan'an University Former Site, Former Site of The Northwest Bureau of The Cpc Central Committee and Du Fu Temple all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Yan'an hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. Perfect for those working on the move, this hotel caters to a large number of business guests.

先説優點：
首先地理位置非常不錯，離火車站非常近，1公里左右的距離。下火車可以直接坐公交車k7或603就到了。出門左轉就是公交站點，去一些景點就有直達的公交車，但並不建議打出租車，延安的出租車非常非常坑，因為沒打網約車，所以不點評了。
屋子空間夠大。
設施比較齊全，中規中矩，該有的都有，也有智能助手小度，能開關窗簾窗和空調，不過並不能關燈
性價比比較高，一百多出頭
缺點：
我是住了兩個晚上，第一天晚上洗澡的時候把熱水閥挑到最大也衹能出温水偏涼，第二天下午酒店開始找工人修理，9:00之後才説修好，給前台打電話説讓我多放幾分鐘熱水就好了，但並沒有用，我放了十多分鐘，第二天早上也繼續放水，還是出來的是温水，並且感覺水壓非常不穩定，聲音特別大，水流還非常小，根本洗不了，給我造成了很大的麻煩。
衞生情況大部分地方還是可以，就是細節的地方有些不夠完善，比如説床上的靠背並沒有清理乾淨，全是浮灰，鏡子比較臟等等
前台登記比較原始化，用的是紙張登記，一開始還是蠻震驚的，希望酒店可以妥善處理，保護好客人私隱

PPengguna Tetamu五星好評是因為沒有十星，非常好的農家體驗。
離甘泉大峽谷幾分鐘的車程，跟導航好找。老闆是很用心的在經營自己的品牌。
陝西女人在收拾家方面絕對是大師，裏裡外外乾淨整潔，連姐窯洞，屋裡潔白如新兩張兩米大床，還有空調（晚上蓋被子睡，用不着）。
吃得也很好，四五個菜，個個好吃，味道好到孩子每個都吃光光。
陝西的老鄉真的很熱心很淳樸，給老闆點贊！推薦推薦。
另外，這裏的鄰居老鄉都超好。
我兒子説太像廣告詞兒了，我太想當這個託兒了。哈哈

YYizhiyouqingtian這家農家院的住宿體驗遠遠超出了我的預期，是我們整個陝北自由行行程中的一大亮點。院子裏花草盎然，果蔬累累，天色晚了每個客房門口都會點亮燈籠（等客人睡覺時會關掉），陝北農家風情十足。房間裏是炕床，事先還有些擔心睡不習慣，等真的躺在大炕上，在院子裏蟋蟀、金鈴子、青蛙輕輕的叫聲中，很快就進入了黑甜的夢鄉，睡得特別踏實。我們在農家院一共吃了四餐，葷菜78元，炒雞蛋30元，小葷36元，蔬菜22元，量大味美價格公道，小白菜和生菜都是院子裏現摘的，我們口味很清淡，和老闆娘溝通後，菜燒得很合我們口味，幾餐吃得比五星級酒店都舒服。早餐有小米粥、炒菜、饅頭、雞蛋、玉米、糖棗、炸年糕等，老闆娘還送了自家種的小桃子。農家院的地理位置非常好，步行即可達牛尾寨觀景平台（不用買票），可以俯瞰清水灣全景，幾個觀景平台都沒有其他人，包場的感覺非常好。如果到延川旅遊，尤其是口味清淡吃不慣陝西菜、對衞生要求很高或者想充分體會陝北農家風情的，強烈推薦這家農家院，吃得好、睡得香、遊得盡興！

One of the revolutionary sites is a very short walk away: 25 yuan entrance plus 100 yuan deposit for the audio guide. Alipay doesn’t work, but WeChat does. Or bring cash.
Great to be in Yan’an for the memorial museum:
1. You only need passport and to fill in details in the visitor book to get in 2. Free to get in and awesome because of the importance of this time. 3. Bring your translator camera app to get a lot more out of this amazing place.

DDonglike酒店坐落在延安郊區，距離市區二道街大概20公里！環境非常優美，酒店很大，有幾個住宿樓。還有散養的孔雀很可愛！就是周圍沒有吃的，適合自駕居住！
有停車場，停車很方便！
早餐看上去可以，實際上很一般，幾個很普通的炒菜，有沖兑的牛奶和大桶酸奶，沒有單獨的小盒酸奶！也沒有很多五星級酒店配的水果撈之類的，也就是三星酒店的早餐標準！不要對早餐期待太高！
房間有四瓶礦泉水和2盒牛奶免費贈飲。
就是過道和房間的地攤感覺不舒服，走過去飄灰塵，反而不如純地磚地板那樣乾淨！
總體來説，環境優美，住宿安逸！躺在房間欣賞窗外的山景，很放鬆心情！
下次來延安，我應該還會首選這裏！

FFee YingVery satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

stay at the Root Lots. Still a lovely hotel, yes, a touch bit out of the city center, the hotel is clean, wonderful staff, enough restaurants nearby too. Oh, and the price dramatically dropped for the these extra two days…half price!

LLoo EeVery convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown.
We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request.
The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.
