昨天入住酒店，前台小妹幫忙升級了房間，真的很驚喜，也很喜歡。今天離開酒店時過於匆忙，竟然遺漏了手錶，酒店負責該房間清潔工作的客房服務員陳阿姨在拾到物品後，第一時間通知前台，爭取第一時間聯繫上了我，此時我們一家已經踏上返程，酒店在主動與我取得聯繫並做好溝通後，酒店第一時間將物品通過順豐快遞郵寄至我家裡。真的很感謝酒店。也非常的感動。維也納酒店值得我信賴的一家酒店。

Loved this hotel. Perfect location on the beach. Easy to get into the town by using a car hailing app. Only cost about RMB7 each way. Nice and friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool on the roof. The room was HUGE too!

非常適合自駕遊的住宿選擇，離沙灘步行大約15分鐘，周邊開車去博物館，北洛祕境，十里銀灘都不遠。酒店是別墅版本的高級民宿，視野非常棒，樓下的娛樂設施也很適合孩子一起玩，ktv沒用上，租滿了。泳池雖然不大，孩子玩水足夠了，晚上注意有蚊子。整體而言還是很不錯的。另外推薦周邊的金帆酒家，住宿三天，我們家吃了三頓，鹽焗花螺挺好吃。

出發前做了攻略，雖然有評價説有些陳舊，但還是決定親自看一下，所以説眼見為實，酒店的整體環境，房間的設施都是比較滿意的，尤其前台的工作人員（林*雲，陳*媛）很親切，很耐心，看到有長者同行，特意免費給房間升級海景房，客房的夥子跑了兩三趟給送水，一次性拖鞋和暖風機，房間寬敞，海景很震撼，早餐總體來説不錯的，中西結合，從一層出去直達沙灘，看海嬉戲拍照，這一切都可忽略設施上的陳舊，還是推薦的

My family had a short getaway this weekend staying 2 nights in the Crown hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Hotel itself is quite classic but the staffs are very bright and friendly. Our room unfortunately had a problem in the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The next morning “Leo” responded to my complain immediately and gave another room,
and it was not the end. He took attention to us and had us feel really cared for. Thanks for your caring and even the gift for my little daughter! And we were provided late checkout service so could enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel fully even on the leaving day!! (Thanks Yoyo for that!) It was my best short weekend trip in the last 12 months I trust. Maybe it’s because it’s not a peek season, but anyway my family decided to come to Crwon Hailingdao as often as we could!!

The hotel is in a quieter area on the east side of the island. Check in was fast and easy. Ms Eileen was very nice and made it all pleasant and smooth. The room was large and newly renovated and had a two balconies with a pretty good view of the ocean. The pool on the 32nd floor had an amazing view and did not cost any extra. The beach swimming area is part of a water amusement park so it cost extra (59RMB for the beach and large children's pool) but you can go further down past the hotel to the public free beach but there is no swimming allowed. There are other water activities such as an inflatable obstacle course and kayaks but these also cost extra. The ocean was very nice with lifeguards on duty.
There are many restaurants on a lovely boardwalk and we had some great seafood and bbq. We have stayed at other places on Hailing island and this area would be a great place for families with kids but I would like to see guests at the hotel get a discount for the water activities and beach. We will return again for sure!

PPengguna Tetamu服務：前台服務熱情細緻，仔細詢問了房間樓層、朝向和位置的偏好，安排了一間帶湖景的房間，早上能看到日出，非常滿意，感謝前台 Beibei 的服務和安排。
環境：環境安靜舒適，適合旅行度假入住，外賣選擇很多，陽江的生蠔非常美味，有機器人幫忙送過來到達的外賣。
設施：房間設施設備齊全，整潔乾淨。酒店有洗衣房和麪積挺大的健身中心。地面停車場，酒店門前停車位比較緊張，外圍地面停車場車位很充足。有小鵬慢充和快充樁，完全滿足自駕遊的我們。唯一不足是房間電視無法正常收看，因為入住已晚，也沒讓酒店檢修了。
早餐：早餐很多本地特色菜品，非常美味，品類很多，中西菜品結合，各有特色，烘培的牛角包和丹麥酥（¯▽¯）👍酥脆完美。前台加早餐 60 元一位，真的性價比非常高。
總體來説，本次入住非常滿意，下次有機會還會再選擇這家酒店。

RRICHARD JOSEPHWe felt welcome from the time we arrived at the hotel till the day we left. The staff went out of their way to help with questions, assistance and arranging transport to the Windmill Hill as well as to the train station. The price included breakfast for two people. The breakfast was outsourced and we found the owners to be cheerful and helpful. Limited breakfast menu but the food was still delicious. There were plenty BBQ restaurants to choose from near the hotel. Finally we received a fruit basket every evening with a cheerful smile. The four days that we spent at the hotel was worth the trip. We would definitely book at this hotel if we decide to go back.

The room we booked was not directly with the hotel. Not sure the situation, but it seems someone else owns the room, like a condo. So we had to wait a little bit to check in because I didn’t realize we had to call the person to check in, then it took a bit for us to meet someone to give us the elevator card. The language barrier was not helpful, even though my Chinese is ok.
The view was Awesome, we are right on the beach! It was quiet. Had a little kitchen, but no plates, bowls, or chopsticks. We needed some toilet paper, and when the cleaning person came she left us plenty of other toiletries.
I would stay here again. Especially now that I know the situation with checking in.

PPengguna Tetamu環境：地理位置優越，就在東湖公園廣場邊邊，步行就可以去繞湖跑步！樓下樓上就是益華百貨商圈，電影，美食，逛街都有！城景房一般！
設施：很新的酒店，各種設施，床品都新，乾淨衞生，設計好！水壓夠夠的霧化花灑霧化，洗浴很舒服！
服務：工作日又是颱風天，住房都挺緊張的。夜晚11點多入住的，訂單平台已經沒有床房了，定了雙床房，入住隨口問一句還有大床房嗎？剛好有一間，給免費換了！服務員的服務都很nice，樸實善良！
早餐：餐廳在20樓，豁達的湖景，甚是養眼。品種豐富，食材味道都很好，達四星五星酒店出品了！生滾牛肉粥，蒸排骨，鳳爪，涼拌魚皮，涼拌裙帶邊，還有牛雜、豬大腸，好像在茶樓飲茶！就是牛奶和豆漿，咖啡等飲品還有很大提升空間！
停車：有地面，地下停車場，登記入住的時候登記車牌，兩天內可以隨意出入的。
來陽春，價格可以接受的，一定要首選這入住！

DDanPalpaThis is a good place to stay if you want to save money. I paid only 60 RMB for 1 night and at that price it was great. Although the furniture in the rooms is quite old and worn, they are clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from the balcony is excellent and you can access the beach directly opposite the hotel. There are plenty of small convenience stores around and restaurants, although all the restaurants are the same type so there isn't actually a lot of choice.

LLili HarThe location was the best aspect of this hotel. The reception service needs to be improved. They should provide the staff members a proper training on how to receive foreigners and people in general. The breakfast was the same for a week. The breakfast buffet didn't have any bread, butter, cheese,jam and coffee. After the typhoon the hotel waterpark wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we felt like our time and money was wasted. Even when the waterpark was open the pools were not very clean. The beach service is another terrible story. The guards provided by the hotel didn't let us properly swim even when the sea was calm , they just wanted us to pay for their boats and other attractions( cause they didn't let people properly swim they thought we would have to pay for other attractions. )We had to take a taxi to Dajiao bay , where the service was excellent.And last but not least , the cleaners left the gargabe in the corridor for 3 days , it smelled terrible.

MMDThis apartment has kitchen facilities. It is near the sea. Hailing Island is good for local Chinese people, but I will not recommend it to foreigners. The apartment has a nice balance between money and its facilities. Nobody will allow you to park your car anywhere for free, even if there are some empty places. The apartment is clean, and the contact person is very helpful, but the elevator and other side of the building are not clean. There are too many people inside the lobby area. Overall, we do not enjoy our time with our family (foreigners) visiting Hailing Island. The Hailing Island facilities, roads, and local market are not like Sanya Bay, Haitang Bay, Loong Bay (Wuchun, Maoming), or sea beaches in Huizhou. Hailing Island is not like the Tianya-Haijiao scenic area (Sanya). Everything is expansive, with the fewest facilities.

The guy in charge at the front desk was not yet there because we arrived before 12. He was very helpful. The hotel is at building 2. When it is your first time, the front desk is quite difficult to find. The room is okay. The view is great. Food are limited to seafood and chinese food only. Seafood restaurants around have the same taste. Guangdong flavor is not so tasty for me. The hotel looks like an apartment. You can cook if you bring your induction cooker and utensils.
What i dont like is the disposable towel only.
