Smokers room and unable to sleep in room, called the reception they offered air freshener when I had booked a non-smoking room. Slept in hallway, got eaten by mosquitoes. Also on the 8th floor and no elevator. Not a restful room. Great location though.

Заказал комнату на последнем этаже, с террасой: было ощущение, что не помнят что живу там, убрались только через два дня. Но это не испортило впечатление от номера, он большой, на компанию даже, два дополнительных дивана, два кондиционера, всё для комфортного отдыха. Стены оделаны кафелем. Туалет конечно маленький, душ льётся на унитаз. Но в этой ценовой категории отель просто суперский!!!! Расположение вообще идеально, хотели именно китайский квартал, всё в пешей доступности. А виды с террасы просто ошеломляюще красивы, видна погода Шведагон и Суле, вечером подсвечиваются. Улицы освещены, поток людей большой. В общем, впечатления отличные! На обратном пути с НгвеСаунг снова заказали номера в этом отеле. Рекомендую!

現在、ジム室内の電源は常に切られており、使用時はフロントに依頼すると使用可能です。設備は全て最新かつ新品でまだ、ほとんど使用されていません。私は滞在中、ほぼ毎日客は私ひとりだけで快適に使わせて頂いています。但し、ヤンゴンは停電が多く、ランニングマシンが停電で突然止まるので注意が必要です。

During my travels across 16 countries and living in two, I have to say that Pan Pacific Yangon stands out as the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Its location is ideal, conveniently connected to a mid-sized shopping mall, and the in-room amenities and facilities are top-notch. Unlike some “lazy” five-star hotels, the gym, spa, and swimming pool are exceptionally well-maintained and managed. The breakfast service was a real highlight – each day offered new and varied dishes, and despite having breakfast there four times, I never got bored.
However, what truly set this experience apart for me was the people. The staff were always smiling, patient, and consistently went out of their way to help me, making the stay all the more enjoyable. I believe this speaks not only to the hotel’s brand culture but also to the warm and optimistic nature of the Myanmar people themselves. Their kindness left a lasting impression on me. To everyone at Pan Pacific Yangon, I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you stay safe during these challenging times. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, where I can say “Mingalaba” once more!

This hotel is too good to be true. The room is so big and spacious, very comfortable bed. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping is very hardworking and paying attention to all details. We love our stay in the great hotel.

IiDearkaThe location is very good, near shopping mall and lake. The staff is helpful especially the housekeeper named Yee Yee who cleaned during staying.
However, there is a point that I dislike, the fragrance that the hotel used at the lobby, the smell is too strong. I would suggest to use mild fragrance that feel more relaxed and fresh.

PPengguna TetamuGood old hotel with antique atmosphere and courteous service, I liked the room but got dissaponted that the bedsheets and towels are too old and not clean, and it has some more caveats.
The hotel is situated inward corner from the main street and need to call taxi every time just to get out, which is annoying if you want to go around the nearby area. Inside the hotel building there's one convenient store but the front desk never mentioned that and couldn't find it on the day of arrival. The biggest problem is there are so many noisy and dangerous street dogs nearby the hotel and they are barking at every car going in and out from the hotel, and when you try to walk back to the hotel it is really a big threat as they swarm and try to bite you even in the daytime. Those dogs are seriously damaging the hotel access and make the guests uneasy.

PPengguna Tetamu I am business women and travelling most in Asian country I always look for Accor hotel , and Mercure Myanmar is my favorite hotel , because the design , the environment, excellent service all staff very friendly and helpful, the room so clean and have all you need big refrigeration with freezer component . I always get to hotel late this time the refig not so cool I ask staff at night time k they comes to check and they change right away at 10 pm , unlike other try to fix or ask for tomorrow ＜ I am really impress their service
the break fast is so good quality and many Chinses , Myanmar , Europe Japan , fresh juice and also have infusion water , I am really enjoy stay in Mercure Myanmar

The location of the hotel is excellent - it's situated near the airport, and the rooms are cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities provided, including the comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and hot shower.
The hotel staff were friendly, professional and always ready to assist with any requests or queries I had. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were always available to help with luggage and transportation arrangements.
One thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the breakfast buffet - it was simple, and delicious

MMakkiesWe had a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for our stay as family of three. We needed to extend our stay a few times. It's a big pro to have a kitchen with an oven and microwave! And the wasmachine came in very handy. There is a dryer down the hall. The location is not too far from the big shopping malls but there is a supermarket at walking distance. The roofpool is nice to cool down, but the surrounding area can use some renovation. We liked the breakfast with fresh fruit. We will come back here next time.
