The hotel has nice, modern, and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. They give to us a room with access from a public terrace, and they changed it without any problem. Although the breakfast is Chinese-style, they also made an effort to find a Western option. It's a five-minute walk from the boat landing for the riverboats. There aren't many restaurants nearby.

We had a great family trip to xingping. The hosts helped us book amazing experiences like cave exploring, Li River cruise, and Ruyi Peak. Breakfast was great and rooms were very comfortable. Great location for experiencing the River and riding scooters. Would love to go back soon.

Cozy homestay. The room was clean. Bathroom was a bit old but ok. Beautiful location. Quiet stretch of road to Xingping.

Amazing! This hotel exceeded our expectations! Best location for a peaceful and quiet holidays. Clean, comfy beds, perfect shower and the best view in town. You can also enjoy the nice pool for hot days. Receptionists are super nice! They helped us with all our needs. We traveled in low season so they upgraded our room to a bigger one. Thanks! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel if you want to enjoy your days in this paradise! 100% recommended! 😊

This Gongxingshe Xichishanju is a perfect place to stay in XingPing, Yangshuo. It is conveniently located literally five min walk from the 20 yuan note scenery spot. The pier from where you can enjoy riding on a 4 seat tourist motor boat on the Li river (120 rmb/person) is also in a walking distance. There are many restaurants around but not so many convenient stores. The hotel has a little swimming pool outside, everything is so clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. There is always a choice of hot and cold drinks at the lobby (instant coffee is provided, though). Breakfasts are simple but nourishing (Guilin rice noodles, bread, jam and butter, congee, mantou, dumplings, shaomai, fruit). I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks peace and comfort far away from the hustle and bustle of the West street.

The staff are excellent. The room was lovely and had all of the amenities. The swimming pool was a little small but ideal for taking a quick dip in on a roasting hot day. Would stay here again.

Stay was fine, but the receptionist was keen on us going to another hotel due to the smell. The food was ok but minimal.

Lovely place right near the 20 Yuan spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging transportation. The room was spacious, updated and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

very quiet, peaceful, beautiful place. rooms were modern and had beautiful view. the staff is wonderful. very convenient location to rent electric bike or catch an electric tuktuk. restaurants nearby are wonderful. easy walking to the boats, village or 9 horse mountain. dont miss getting your picture taken on the roof using the sky mirror.
