Clean hotel. Picked this hotel for the bathtub that overlooks the mountain and town. Love duplex complex. Near to west street about 10 mins walk.

Everything of this place was so good, comfortable and cozy!! The room was very specious, clean, warm and comfortable… the staff was very friendly and welcoming!! I highly recommend this place!!

Excellent hotel and stunning view. You can sit and relax at the coffee shop on the rooftop. I didn’t get much of use of balcony due to humid weather. Friendly staff and they speak English which is a bonus. Breakfast was lack of options ie no beef or chicken as for those who dont eat pork. Same menu for 2 days in a row. Free laundry - washing and dryer! The only downside is people from the restaurant on level 4 can actually see you in the bathroom or using a bathtub. Lack of privacy and defeat the purpose of having a nice view from your bathtub. I can see lower level bathtub from my balcony or bathroom. Yes, they provide curtains but that’s not the point of having this experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and at a very reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located directly over the central square of West Street. The view of the square is through windows that covered one full wall of the space. The room was the Cabin Suite, with two spacious rooms: a bedroom an a sitting area. The bathroom was very well laid out as well, with a separate shower stall (not always the case in China), and enough space for two adults to occupy the room at the same time. The price is surprisingly fair given the location, room quality and overall pleasantly decorated establishment. Each day an afternoon snack of fruit and tomatoes was delivered to the room. We would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel also has a rooftop lounge with an excellent view of downtown Yangzhou square . In addition there is a swimming pool on the roof with a fully functioning pool. One more note: there is an elevator. Beautiful hotel with excellent position. The loud and crowded West-Street is only 50 meters distant, but you never hear any noise from there. The room was always clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. No wishes unfulfilled! The big roof terrace offers good chairs and phantastic view of the roofs of Yangshuo and of the surrounding landscape at day and night. It is also possible to dry washed clothes there. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff members. This hotel is highly recommendable!

HOW TO REACH: The local name of this hotel is “Wang Jiang” tower or building. This helps if you are traveling from Yangshuo Railway Station by taxi. I traveled with my friends – 3 families (with kids), and we are non-Chinese. Typically, several taxis are available at the exit of Yangshuo Railway station. Someone approached me who can speak English – so took a 10-seater. The cost is about RMB 20~25/person & takes about 40 minutes. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view helps, depending on which side the room is located on. I chose the front side view, which has both a river view and a mountain view. HOTEL: Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff delivered the luggage to the room. If you need help at the time of checkout, they may help. But I did it on my own at the time of check-out. It is conveniently located close to West Street (10 min walk). HOTEL-RESTAURANT: very good restaurant in 1F (vegetarian options as well!). It is very popular among the locals & we liked it too. But it gets very busy during the weekends. So, if the room is close to 1F, it will be loud till ~ 22:00. HOTEL STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to help foreigners. Many staff can speak English. In my case, YAWEN is worth mentioning, as she helped us a lot in planning our local trips. Even before arriving at the hotel, we had a plan. But our interactions with YAWEN (& her feedback) made it very convenient & time-effective for us. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: It is possible to book tickets for the Ruyi scenic spot, Silver Cave, Hot air balloon, Li-river cruise (from Yangshuo), Xinping (hot air balloon), Bus-trip to Longji Ricefields, & many more at the hotel.

漓岸璞闲review I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, I was check-in by front staff members Maya, Cathy and Lacey, in a warm and efficient manner. Maya continued to patiently explained the features of the hotel, and various options for exploring Yangshuo. She then led me to my room and showed me its facilities. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities for comfort. Every utilitiy and amenity functioned well, and the balcony had a superb view of the river and distant hills. The hotel is situated along a small road next to the river, so I could hear street noises in the daytime, but the street was quiet with minimal activities in the evening. Close to the hotel were many restaurants offering affordable food, and convenient stores. The touristy West Street 西街，was just 5 minutes’ walk away. What I liked most about this hotel was the viewing gallery and restaurant (also cafe and bar) at the rooftop, where I viewed a magnificent sunrise, and had dinner while gazing at the picturesque scenary. The food was good. I will stay in this hotel again should I re-visit Yangshuo.

I’m kicking myself for choosing this place over somewhere that was closer to the center of town/tourist area… I prefer walking over biking/scooter so that was my downfall. As of August, they rent out scooters for 30Y/day (but max 30km, or 50Y/day with outside scooters) and bikes for 10Y/day. On the bright side, this place would be perfect for relaxing with the pool and the quiet away from a bustling street and the clean shared spaces - the dorm seemed to be solid beds but mine was a bit dusty in the corners. I saw they also had multiple free washing machines on the 6th floor with a large drying area for guests, so that would also have been convenient to use if needed. My room was a walk up (but I bet a majority of the buildings around there are) so after the adventures of the day it was pretty exhausting going up and down. If you’re set on renting a scooter or bike or even wanting to settle in Yangshuo for a longer time, then I really would recommend this place.

What a dreamy hotel! Every time we drove by another hotel in Yangshuo, I thought, ”Wow, their view is not as good as ours.” The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but I appreciated being away in the quiet. The area around West St can be quite noisy. The hotel rooms were so spacious and beautiful, and we loved being able to sip tea on the balcony and gaze upon the majestic karst mountains. The front desk staff is very friendly, and on our arrival, one person in particular was SO helpful (likely patiently spent maybe an hour helping us) with this payment issue we were having (with a Chinese bank card), when she could have easily just been like, ”It's not working, just give me your American card” or something. They do have a laundry service, but it is 30 yuan per kg, which can add up (especially since I felt all my clothes were heavier because they got damp from the humidity), but there are also washers on the roof, which you can use for free (and then hand dry in your room). While we were in Yangshuo, there was constant torrential downpour, so there were a few afternoons, we just hung out in the hotel lobby/bar/restaurant area, which was so peaceful and quiet, with lovely views. The food and cocktails are just okay, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I would also recommend using any of their drivers, especially to pick up / drop off at train stations, or for a day-long tour. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. On the one night we used a Didi driver, they refused to drive up the hill to the hotel (though the hotel drivers are happy to), and we had to trek up the very slippery and steep hill ourselves.
