不得不説老牌五星還是值得信任的，服務非常好，從剛到酒店辦入住，前台服務員幫忙升級房間（忘了是哪位服務員，前台幾位都挺好），給了入住小禮物，到房間發現有個房間水管漏水馬上也給更換了同一層別的房間，客房阿姨也是一絲不苟地打掃衞生，不過用上一次性床單被套，馬桶套更安心。服務人員也都彬彬有禮，每天都送來水果和酸奶，長者出行帶着把輪椅，門口保安師傅每次都主動幫忙把輪椅放後備箱。細節處更能體現服務。退房的時候前台小高也非常熱情，辦理好手續又送了小朋友兩個小禮物，小朋友特別喜歡！另外説説早餐，品種挺豐富的，淮揚菜也蠻多的。再説一下房間情況，床軟硬適中，睡得很舒服，而且也算比較安靜，略有外面的聲音可以聽到，不過在可接受範圍內。房間內的小冰箱內放着免費的可樂和雪碧，每天會有4瓶純凈水。不過因為酒店年代較久，電視較小，也不是智能馬桶，不過我們對這個硬件部分沒有那麼高要求，如果大家對房間設施要求較高的話可以看看更新的酒店。據有些網友介紹説是酒店的咖啡很好喝，大概是指早餐的現磨咖啡吧，我更愛他們家的酸奶，所以咖啡沒喝。他家酸奶比網紅的楊大酸奶味道好多了！當然這個僅代表個人觀點，如果下次再來揚州，那我肯定還是會先選擇金陵大飯店。

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening.
