房間很不錯，尤其是隔音特別好，從蘇州過來揚州，在蘇州幾個晚上睡得都不好，到了這個酒店踏踏實實的睡了一覺。 早餐在趣園，套餐，還可以吧（很不滿的是差別對待，第一天一位女士沒有要套餐中的肉包子經理主動給換了茶葉蛋，第二天因為就我和兒子兩個人吃不了很多再加上單點了蟹黃湯包，所以酒店提供的套餐衹要了兩個素包兩個燒麥一份乾絲，問其他的能否換成茶葉蛋，同樣的經理斬釘截鐵的説不能，這一點很有意思）。 從酒店到瘦西湖有擺渡車，很方便。

這家酒店真的很適合出差或旅行！房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局合理，設施齊全，尤其是辦公桌和燈光設計得很人性化，晚上加班也很方便。Wi-Fi速度很快，視頻會議完全沒問題。酒店的服務也很到位，入住時送了歡迎水果，退房時還主動幫忙叫了車。位置也不錯，離公交站很近，出行很方便。總體很滿意！

就是怕房間小所以特地訂了個平方米稍微大點的，不管是我們到達辦理入住還是退房離開，前台的服務都很不錯，有求必應的那種。 房間挺乾淨的，設施也挺齊全，窗簾按一下自動的，唯一不足的就是馬桶不是智能，房間洗手枱上沒有小肥皂，4樓的窗户望出去有遮擋的，另外就是門口居然是市政在施工，進出打車挺不方便，其它都還可以。

非常滿意這家酒店，從入住到離店的整個過程都非常順利。前台服務非常周到，餐廳的食物也非常美味，我真的很享受每一餐的用餐體驗。 間非常乾淨和寬敞，床鋪也很舒適，讓我有一個好的睡眠。這家酒店的位置非常方便，交通十分便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館。總之，這是一家非常出色的酒店，另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。

優點：距離公交車站、東關街和瘦西湖5-25分鐘內路程，前台客服態度好，退房還送了剪紙，房間有小冰箱和吹風機，有公共洗衣機和烘乾機（建議在房間裏安裝洗烘一體機，既方便又不用排隊），洗髮水和沐浴露不是很廉價的那種香味。 缺點：衞生間有反臭，早上跟前台説了有做處理，晚上回來味道沒那麼大了。機頂盒放在電視機後面，在床上較難找對角度按遙控換台等操作。隔音較差，早上8點多鐘就有人在走廊上大聲説話吵鬧被吵醒。附近是居民區但吃的不多，要走5分鐘左右到國慶路上才比較多吃的。 總體來説，性價比可以，淡季不到2百元的房價能接受。
