Hotel Kolam air panas di Yangzhou

假期帶孩子來揚州旅遊，早就耳聞揚州迎賓館，這次選了11號樓（虹橋坊酒店）。一整個都是大運河度假區，住宿環境優越，餐飲娛樂很多，幾家有名氣的餐廳像趣園、東園、香園都在度假區裏或者附近，非常方便！離文昌閣、四望亭、綵衣街、東關街（個園）、皮市街（何園）全都不遠，共享電動車都能解決！大堂氣派，後花園更是漂亮，適合拍照（酒店套餐含旅拍）！服務熱情，房間又大又舒適，飲用水超多瓶，mini吧和咖啡膠囊每天免費續，送的小茶點都很好吃，而且也是每天續！酒店含温泉（男女分開的室內裸泡池，度假區內的瘦西湖温泉酒店是穿泳衣的室外池），健身房和泳池都在度假區內，不方便步行隨時可以叫擺渡車，還有瘦西湖住店客人快捷通道。這裏要説一下服務，從下車提行李（候車的時候還有電暖器，這別的地方真沒見過），到客房服務（小朋友鼻血流在床上，服務人員及時更換了床單被罩，又不好意思又感謝！），都特別的滿意！總之來揚州極力推薦，下次來還會再住的！

Great location. We were given free access to the hot spring which was huge and really nice. More than 10 pools to choose from and clean. Also given vouchers to use the Chinese traditional costume which was fun. Location was perfect - directly opposite the slender West lake. Overall a great experience.

設施：房間裏的潤膚露、馬油皂、戴森吹風機、空氣凈化器很滿意；一樓有趣園可以吃早餐；房間正好能曬到太陽。 衞生：乾淨； 環境：靠近宋夾城公園個和瘦西湖非常清凈，不過周圍沒什麼超市便利店，有點偏遠； 服務：幾乎是沒有的，或者説比較敷衍，浮於表面。保潔阿姨是最友好的，會主動幫你指路，跟保潔阿姨説不用打掃衹需要補充兩瓶水阿姨也會很快拿過來。 但前台就很一言難盡了……check in的時候三個女生在一起説話，等了一會才給辦入住，然後衹給了房卡，沒有做任何介紹。一開始找電梯都走錯路了。第二天去前台問事情，發現前台女生正跟一家人好聲好氣介紹電梯位置，湯泉門票使用注意事項等等。也不知道為啥對別的住户介紹，就是不對我説？是故意區別對待看人下菜碟，還是就是一時忘了服務水平不穩定呢？ 揚州挺好的，這裏不住啦！

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing. Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to). Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

非常好呢，房間很新，服務也很好。 1.電車充電意外是免費的 2.房間裏的電視包會員，住下不想走了 3.餐廳用餐，晚飯可以點的選擇不多。拿了點前一天的肯德基外賣，餐廳阿姨主動給我們加熱了，還拿了番茄醬，很感動呢！ 4.本來不抱希望的早餐意外地很好吃。裏面的菜包、小餛飩，連紅薯也蒸的很不錯！ 願意第2次回來的酒店。附近有很多露營的區域。適合帶小狗出行的酒店，非常推薦哦！ （感謝前台小陳的管家服務）

💁🏻服務: 有位狗狗叫做醒醒，是我們的英國管家，特別可愛 整天纏着你要摸摸 🐶，還有三個管家照顧很周到，專屬服務羣，各種服務都很迅速，比其他民宿感覺好一些。 🌳環境: 民宿很有設計感、空間挑高都很大氣的感覺。房間裏温泉池很乾凈 🧺 ，熱乎乎的泡在裏面很舒坦。周圍風景還很棒，棠梨灣內能散散步，空氣也清爽～ 🛋️設施: KTV 設備專業聽歌效果好音響不糊，設備都是專業KTV套裝，不是家用的那種。民宿還可以租賃自行車🚴 沿途看鄉村景色，挺愜意的呢！

聖誕節和朋友聚會定了這家民宿！超乎想象的值！ 很少有民宿把室內游泳池和湯池都配備的！這家是新店，設施都是全新的，還是全屋智能，麻將機，投影儀，冬天打打麻將，在湯池泡一泡，聽聽音樂，不要太享受！ 地理位置也不錯，出門就是運河風光，樓上還有一個大露台，晚上看夜景喝杯咖啡，好愜意！我是約朋友一起來的，這邊樓下的大客廳，咖啡機，製冰機，冰箱啥都有！我感覺辦個訂婚宴，生日宴應該很漂亮！我朋友直接説夏天要再來一次辦泳池party！期待期待！
