This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Yangzhou! It's in a downtown location, so getting around to all the attractions is super convenient, with zero travel stress. The service was truly exceptional and heartwarming. The driver who brought me here even went out of his way to wash my car. Every time I entered or left, the staff would proactively open the door and greet me. I also received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which really showed their incredible hospitality. The room was incredibly quiet, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and the gym had a full range of equipment, perfect for a workout. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, setting me up perfectly for sightseeing. I especially want to highlight how pet-friendly they are! Traveling with my dog was completely stress-free, and the staff were incredibly kind and gentle with my little guy. I happened to be there during a World Cup-themed event, and all the staff were dressed in themed outfits, creating an amazing atmosphere and a truly immersive experience. I even ran into some 'Wumi' (Mayday fans), which added an unexpected surprise to my trip. The hotel even gave me a souvenir when I left. The entire stay was relaxing and delightful – I will definitely be coming back!

The Hanting Premium Hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of all the famous attractions. The staff provides great service, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive and quite modern. They even offer gifts upon check-in and check-out, which made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hanting Premium Hotel Yangzhou was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent; many places are within walking distance. For attractions further away, a taxi ride won't cost more than 15 yuan. It was super convenient to walk to Yiyuan for dim sum in the morning. We could even get a queue number online from the hotel and head out for breakfast once our turn was close – it's only a four-minute walk from the hotel. A special shout-out to all the staff; their service was impeccable! They washed our clothes and delivered them back to our room, and even cleaned our car thoroughly despite the rain!

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the bedding was nice. The space was a bit cramped, but that's understandable given the excellent location. Cleanliness: Clean, all amenities were provided, and it smelled pleasant. Location: Very close to attractions. We could easily explore the areas around Slender West Lake within a few kilometers on an electric scooter, and Dongguan Street was just a short walk away.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room decor was cozy and inviting, and the service was outstanding. They even provided fresh fruit and yogurt daily in the room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to various tastes and ages. I highly recommend this hotel; it definitely deserves a positive review.

The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance to popular attractions like Slender West Lake and Ge Garden. Nearby, Yu's Restaurant offers delicious Huaiyang cuisine. The breakfast spread is excellent, a good mix of Western and Chinese options.

My stay at Hanting Premium Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations. While it's not a high-end establishment, it offers all the essentials and provides excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The smart toilet was a convenient and practical touch. Upon check-in, they even provided yogurt and a banana. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, featuring freshly prepared wontons and noodles. For someone who usually has eggs and soy milk, it was more than sufficient. The service was impeccable; when I mentioned we needed more water, it was delivered immediately. They even offered complimentary sweet glutinous rice balls as a late-night snack. All the staff members I encountered were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located; just a right turn followed by another right turn from the exit will take you to Guandong Street.

We had a great stay the room is cozy, in fact we slept really well! It is clean and a great service from reception to The restaurant. It’s also near to the scenic area, less than 1km walk to slender west lake and 5 min walk to the night market. There are a luxury mall close by too. Thank you so much to all the staff!

The hotel staff were incredibly proactive and helpful. Both the front desk and the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and assisted with luggage. When it rained heavily, the security guard at the parking lot even came with an umbrella to escort us, which was truly wonderful and significantly improved my impression of Yangzhou. The slippers were very comfortable, and the water and coffee were good. Aside from the room being a bit compact, everything else was perfect.

The first day, the bathroom was leaking, and my child and husband, who were sleeping, both had an allergic reaction at night. We had to buy medicine in the middle of the night, which was a bit of a hassle. The bedding might not be very good; it seemed a little better after the staff dried it the next day. The room's soundproofing is poor; you can hear people opening and closing doors, walking around, and talking outside, which made it hard to sleep. The bed itself wasn't comfortable either. Overall, the facilities are quite bad, so light sleepers should really think twice before booking. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was decent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, a security guard enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. Anything we needed during our stay was promptly delivered to our room, and when we left, they even helped us with our luggage to the entrance. The staff were all proactive and warm; I'd give their service full marks. The location is pretty good, it's central and convenient for getting anywhere.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. However, driving to the hotel was a bit tricky; I had to circle Wenchang Pavilion a few times. The hotel parking lot has plenty of spaces and even a fast-charging station. The security guard was also kind enough to wash my car. The facilities are a bit dated, the room was small, and soundproofing wasn't great, but it was cleaned quite well, and there was free late-night snack every day. Breakfast offered a wide variety and generally met most people's needs.

The service attitude of both the hotel security and front desk staff was excellent. The security guard proactively helped with our luggage, and after checking in, the front desk attendant even personally escorted us to our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to several main attractions, making it easy to get around. My only complaint is that the room size is small and the price is a bit high, so the value for money isn't great.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Service: Pretty good. Every staff member was very polite. Breakfast was just so-so. Ambiance: Average. Cleanliness: It was cleaned quite well. Facilities: The TV couldn't cast content. There were 2 complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. The room was a bit small, perhaps due to the room type I booked. Last year when I visited, there was a coffee machine in the room, but not this time. I hope the hotel maintains its quality and updates its facilities.
