I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

I had a very good stay in this hotel.  Most of the time, Mrs. Yao Zhang, who I think was the manager of the hotel, stood in front and always tried to meet the needs of the guests, and I was very impressed by her good behavior.  Everything in the hotel was great.  Breakfast was good.  The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in all departments.  I have been to many hotels in Yangzhou, but this one was exceptionally well managed.

Location is good but the difficult to get into the hotel as cars were parking outside blocking the entrance. Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy but would prefer a bit of view at windows

The hotel was closer to the Yangzhou East Railway Station and has access to a lot of venues and places of interests. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Most of all, the staff were gracious in extending any assistance that we required.

訂的希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店開了三年多了，但是設備情況保護的很好，一進酒店前台就給送上了熱水，很暖心，覺得是冬天的温暖，且前台的小田又升級了房型並多贈送了一份小朋友的早餐，感到無比欣慰他們家的床品都很舒適。

這還是在揚州感覺性價比最好的一家酒店，來揚州閉着眼睛住，完全超過五星酒店，首先到前台辦理入住的時候就小凡就給我房間免費升級了一個採光超級好的房間，剛進房間機器人就送了水果來，房間的一次性用品質量很好，一次性拖鞋很厚，洗護用品也很好很衞生，是擠壓式的，看起來不是那種循環使用，用着很安全。

在新城區，附近道路寬闊，車少，去老城區自駕打車都不遠，建議在打車出行，市區都不太好停車，酒店有免費的停車場，有洗衣機，拱幹機，健身房，前台的阿紫很熱情，有問題及時處理，價格也不高。

設施：衞生間乾濕分離，沒有異味，排風系統做得挺好，洗漱台很寬，可以放置很多東西。 衞生：很乾凈，包括地面毯子感覺是吸塵器吸過了。衞生間的馬桶還做了已消毒的標識，帶寶寶出行比較安心 環境：周圍是韻河灣，不算熱鬧但是也有幾家餐廳，靠着sm商場。酒店大堂的感覺挺温馨的。 服務：前台小姐姐小美人美心善◍˃ᵕ˂◍貼心給寶寶送上了小零食小玩具，打掃衞生的阿姨見到我們也會打招呼，我想這就是賓至如歸的感覺 早餐種類很多 有麪條餛飩豆腐腦 水果咖啡牛奶麪包等等都有 靠近高鐵站，出行也比較方便。 感謝酒店的服務 感謝小美!

非常棒，酒店服務響應很迅速，進了房間後前台小凡還特地打了電話詢問房間滿不滿意，入住時還送了安心包，距離揚州的景點都不是很遠 基本上打車15分鐘都能到達，真是太棒了！

週末帶着小朋友來到揚州citywalk。打卡完科技館慢悠悠的步行十分鐘左右就可以到達酒店。登記入住時候給小朋友送了小禮物，娃很開心。 到達房間後，可能是冬天又加上陰天的原因，再有我老公有點鼻炎，感覺房間有一點點味道（像是地毯洗完沒太幹透，另一個角度看出來酒店的地毯肯定是經常清洗哈），給前台打電話問能否換個房間，真的是極快的速度，店長小姐姐親自來，非常熱情且温柔的帶我們去看了兩個朝陽的房間，供我們選擇，在我們已經選擇了滿意的房間後，她竟然説還有親子房可以免費給我們升級，真的是太開心啦。 有個小細節，就是換房的時候房卡沒有調換過來，小姐姐説一會兒讓機器人上來送新的房卡給我們，讓我們把之前的房卡給機器人帶下去，結果機器人上來不光帶來了房卡，還帶了小零食給我們…真的是很細節很暖心。 晚上吃完飯回來，發現又給我們送了果盤，退房的時候也送了禮物，説真的，因為我本身是做導遊工作，住過的各個標準的酒店上百家，但是這種從頭到尾被細緻温柔對待的很少（真的不只是被升級房型和禮物那麼簡單）。真的推薦這家希爾頓歡朋，再次再來揚州，一定還住這裏。祝那位人美心善的店長小姐姐一切都好。

環境很好，服務也很好，前台小姐姐小美送了伴手禮，前台的小凡姐姐也非常好，看到我家小朋友很喜歡吃餅乾，特地拿了兩包給娃哈哈哈，為小凡姐姐點贊！早餐種類也多，客房阿姨服務也非常好，熱情有禮貌。總體評價5星！下次來揚州玩還是住這裏，真的推薦哦！

經常來揚州出差，同等價位中，這家希爾頓歡朋真的是又乾淨又舒適又安靜，在冷暖交際的季節，他家已經暖氣很足了，在很冷的冬天，走到走廊都感覺到温暖，房間更是非常暖和，比某些四五星級酒店好多了.這裏就不點名哪幾家了.交通非常方便，到景點和東站都很方便.
