Ulasan Yangzhou Moshi Intelligent Hotel

We booked this hotel as it's across the road from our relatives. The room is nice and big and comfortable. We had a great stay and will book again when we visit.

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

Very good location

This hotel is super modern, very comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Also very close to restaurants and banks. Yangzhou is a beautiful city and the hotel was perfect for what we need. Definitely recommend!

The room is spacious with lots of natural light. The double room has a lot of space, and I like the salon chair for leisure reading time. The lighting is smart and warm. The location isn’t so great, not many options for food around. The hotel can do a better job in cleaning windows, the street view from my room was beautiful yet disturbed by the dirty window. Laundry room should be added with dryer as well.

Proper and exclusive

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room that reeked of cigarettes, and the room had an unpleasant odor as well. Hoping for a better experience, I requested a room change, but the replacement had a noxious blend of urine and damp carpet smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To add to the misery, the neighboring room's loud snoring kept me awake. Hygiene was also a significant issue; the shower facilities were filthy, and the carpets were stained. Additionally, the staff's lack of knowledge about basic hotel amenities, like the location of the laundromat, was frustrating. I had to leave without ironing my clothes due to the unavailability of this basic service. Despite being a recently opened hotel, the overall standard was shockingly subpar. I wouldn't consider staying here again, and I strongly advise others to seek alternatives for a more pleasant and comfortable lodging experience.

This particular hotel is everything!! The rooms, the food, the location and everything!!

It has a nice gym as well. Great location in the city center.

There is cigarette smell everywhere. Even though there is a no smoking sign. breakfast is terrible

這家最有優勢的就是價格便宜 但是感覺是老酒店翻新的 給我辦的第一個房間 沒有開窗通風 裏面有很濃的讓人覺得不適的味道 枕頭上有污漬 牆紙上污漬也很多 當時選房間特地看了開業時間 我認為這點時間把房間設施折騰這麼舊 那入住的客人也有一定水平 不過要求換房間也有即使更換 更換的房間狀態明顯好了不少 但槽點還是挺多的 這邊的浴巾這些折得很隨意且摸着軟趴趴的 還有這邊洗衣房 真的 不買商用洗衣機就乾脆別做洗衣房了 而且洗衣房前全晾着員工的清洗衣物 窗把手上還晾了員工內褲 烘乾機是兩個小時也烘不幹一條褲子的 尤其還是本身就容易乾的褲子 正常烘乾機半小時就搞定的這邊兩小時還是濕噠噠的狀態 早餐也是 但畢竟免費送的 要求也不要太多 不過保温做的不好 菜/麪基本都冷了 還有徹底光盤的東西 明明才九點半 見底的東西就不續了 牛奶這些都是沒有的 衹有熱水和科技熱果汁 電梯裏也有莫名其妙的廣告
