Terdapat beberapa restoran di dalam, semuanya sangat bagus. Untuk restoran Michelin, perlu buat tempahan sehari lebih awal, jika tidak, anda tidak akan dapat makan. 4. Kali ini menginap di Bangunan No. 18, memang ada bunyi bising pada waktu pagi. Tetapi selain itu, semuanya hebat. 5. Untuk teh petang, kena minta di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Bagus untuk 'check-in' (untuk gambar), tapi rasanya... haha. Biskut bawang hijau adalah yang terbaik, dan sudah tentu juga tembikai besar itu."

"When I took my child to Yangzhou, I initially booked a family room, but it didn't specify that it had a sofa bed. We then realized it was completely unsuitable for sleeping. My first attempt to communicate with the front desk was met with a very unhelpful male staff member. However, after contacting Trip.com customer service, Manager Gao from the hotel quickly stepped in. Within 10 minutes, he helped us switch to a different room type and even prepared a gift for my child. He also promptly contacted his colleagues to update the details of the family room type, changing the description from 'single bed' to 'sofa bed'. This shows great responsibility, not only to us but also to future guests (as we usually avoid sofa beds when booking family rooms). A big thank you again to Manager Gao; he is both capable and efficient. Our trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly."

The overall facilities are high-end and very clean, and the service was excellent – every staff member provided great service. The à la carte breakfast was good, and the dishes at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor were exquisite and delicious. The evening musical fountain was beautiful. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and they even gave me a souvenir fridge magnet when I left."

"This is arguably the top choice for accommodation when visiting Yangzhou. It's incredibly close to most major tourist attractions, many of which are within walking distance. There are also plenty of famous, long-standing restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor is quite new, so all the facilities are very well-maintained and clean, and the soundproofing is also quite good. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. If a guest is celebrating a birthday, they even arrange a special room setup. Highly recommended!"

"Location is unbeatable though inaccessible by car. Need to walk for some 10-13 min. While hotel can send buggy to pick guests up, for those going to the area for the first time with no clue about the street/shop name, the experience is far from pleasant. Ambience of hotel environment is superb as it was a former residence of rich merchants. But the rooms are in dire need of enhancement - many furnishings such as paint, socket cover… are coming off. With the exception of a few, service quality is wanting. Worst is attitude of reception counter - “couldn’t care less”, without empathy for guests who need guidance on direction. Overall, would NOT recommend staying there; going for afternoon tea to enjoy the ambience is far, far better."
