週末定了一晚的行政大床房，前台服務員很細心的告訴我洗衣房、健身房、餐廳的位置，房間設施很齊全，冰箱裏的東西免費，空調很好用，電視頻道也很多，貴妃椅旁邊是小窗户，酒店房間的隔音效果特別好，特別安靜，洗澡水很充足，不會涉及到洗一會就變成冷水。早餐在一樓，7點開餐，很豐盛，還會入住的。

原本訂的特惠房，爺爺看我一個小姑娘不方便，給我免費升了標準大床房，設備確實都挺老的，隔音也不太好，但是房間還算乾淨，就是一直喊我五星好評，這點不太好。因為我去得晚，老爺爺還問我吃飯沒，心挺好的。

此次入住碧園酒店，給我留下了極為深刻印象。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了賓至如歸的熱情服務。前台工作人員微笑親切，辦理入住手續高效快捷，耐心解答我的每一個問題。進入房間，整潔乾淨的環境讓人心情愉悦。床鋪舒適柔軟，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間內的設施一應俱全，而且品質上乘，無論是空調的温度調控，還是洗浴設備的水流和水温，都恰到好處。酒店的餐飲更是值得稱讚，揚州早茶，食材新鮮，口味絕佳。酒店的位置也十分優越，周邊交通便利，出行方便。這次的住宿體驗堪稱完美，下次出行揚州，這裏仍會是我的首選。

房間還是很乾凈的，而且十一假期300的這個價格，我覺得房間還是挺大的，性價比還可以。
旁邊也在施工，停車場不好進，要經過施工地，晚上吵睡得不是特別好。
酒店的位置有點偏，不是很繁華，但是樓下會有小黃車，所以去景點還是挺方便的。在揚州的時候一直都是用小黃車，很方便。衹打了一次車，剩下都是騎電動小黃車。
工作人員也非常的友善，來的時候還給孩子橡皮糖。
總體來説，體驗還ok

隔壁就是肯德基，出門往左就是商業旺地！
餐廳，還好吧！
淋浴間的防水做得非常不錯，不會漏水，從沒有見到酒店做的這麼好！！！好評。

MMurray FamilyDuring our recent trip to Yangzhou, we had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones.
Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. The hotel's convenient location, coupled with the friendly staff and comfortable room, made it a standout choice for us. Without a doubt, we would eagerly choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Yangzhou.

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

🏨地理位置真的絕，緊鄰瘦西湖，走路可以到達老城區任意想去的地方，打車基本都是起步價！
💂🏼♀️到達當天前台接待非常親和，男生女生都非常友好，有幾個這幾天見了好幾年，主動打招呼、非常親切！入住手續很快，對於初次到達的我們有問必答！還有給我安排一位管家小姐姐小姜，超可愛的南方小姐姐，給我們把行李送到房間還給我進行了一個遊玩推薦～攻略超級全！小插曲走的時候充電器落下還提醒了我、郵寄回來了～
🛏️房間內有安排歡迎水果，套餐裏包含的下午茶在房間內露台享用非常贊，揚州晚報贏麻了！露枱面朝園林，鬱鬱葱葱的很好看很出片！房間面積適中，倆人住夠用了，全屋智能化，有事兒喊小度就行！資生堂Fino洗護、歐了B牙膏，戴森吹風機，用起來非常順手安心！
🥯早餐廳在一層，漂亮乾淨，食品出品也很好、中式西式揚州特色一應俱全，現煮的餛飩一定要吃哦！另外就是網紅酸奶那個揚大酸奶早餐有供應，推薦茉莉花和原味，非常驚喜，不用花錢買啦！

JJojo4The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

KKristi MarconiThe resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店前台check in，上樓直接掃臉就可以開門，進門窗簾就會自己打開。小度小度喚醒衹能開關燈等等。晚上點外賣會有小機器人送到門口並告知我取貨。對於我來説相當喜歡這種全程無人接觸的住宿體驗。衞生的話相對也是不錯的，床單枕套都沒有斑駁，一眼看過去都是白色無污漬的，蓋身上沒有異味，孩子也沒有過敏。唯一美中不足的是隔音一般。瑕不掩瑜吧總體，五一入住前台送了小朋友漆扇，不過一樣來揚州了，孩子還是自己去親手做了兩把。

JJateyThere was one guy that spoke English with glasses he was super nice he really made us feel good. The rooms are super great with a nice bathtub and mini bar! The restaurant was so good western buffet breakfast and dinner I really loved the buffet it’s the best part of the hotel! The pool area is good to chill the life guard was super handsome and sweet to us! The only part that was disappointing is the young girl working at the info desk at the gym and pool area she was so rude and she just gave me a very dirty look every time I went to the gym there was another girl working there at spoke a little English with glasses that was really nice towards us!! Otherwise it’s a really nice hotel I was super happy most of the time! FYI if you arrive late at the hotel check in might take long if your a foreigner..

YYuyudelvyou房間給升級了套房，很大，床很舒服，衞生還比較乾淨，一共住了兩天，五百多非常划算，客房小姐姐的服務態度挺好的，酒店周邊環境很安靜，有個水上樂園但還沒有開門，温泉也沒有開門，比較冷清。有幾個建議希望酒店可以越辦越好：1、自助早餐8:30左右就基本沒什麼吃的了，就剩下一些殘羹剩菜了，廚房沒有及時的增添，哪怕根據來的人再添一點點也是可以的，因為本身品種就不多，陽春麪不錯，現蒸的小點心是一陣一陣的，如果趕上了就能吃到，我第二天去的時候衹有最後一塊白糖糕了，問阿姨會不會再增添，阿姨説如果要吃要再等30分鐘，那言下之意就是不太希望我再吃了，所以就沒等。如果是三星級的酒店就不説了，如果標榜5星級，還是有所欠缺的。2、房間這個季節還是有些蒼蠅蚊子的，這個可以理解，建議在陽台這裏裝個紗窗，這樣會好一點。3、廁所可以再增添一面可以轉動的小鏡子便於女生化粧。另外洗漱用品可以牌子再好一點會更好。還有我住的這間套房似乎浴室的門是壞的，所以淋浴時水就一直往外。還有床前最好再增添一盞小枱燈，便於夜晚上廁所。

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.
