來揚州出差，在攜程上看到這家名宿，從下單到當天入住，酒店管家都很細心，耐心，一系列的注意事項都提前明明白白告知，這點非常好，走大廳到房間，這視覺享受簡直絕了，不愧是鹽商大宅，該保留的都保留了，但又不缺現代感，房間也很簡單，但不失温馨，冰箱飲料也都是免費的，酒店位置也非常方便，離東關街步行就可以了，酒店是多元化的，內設咖啡館，茶園，還有餐廳，總之此行我是覺得完美的，值得推薦

老闆很熱情，介紹了周邊好多好吃好玩的。院子很乾凈，有假山、魚池。小院離東關街特別近，鬧中取靜，走幾步路的距離就到了東關街，街邊有好幾家網紅店，值得入住。

“結廬在人境、而無車馬喧”的小院，很美，很安靜，晚上睡覺衹聞蟋蟀低吟。房間乾淨，床品、浴巾質量好。衞生間雖然不大，但乾濕分離做的很好，潔具、上下水都很好用，雖然是一樓沒有任何異味，這點很難得，也是我最看重的。洗澡水特好，壓力夠大且好調節。空調也很給力，而且是不間斷供電的，外出遊玩回到房間一下就涼快下來了。老闆是個帥小夥，服務細緻周到，有求必應。有緣住【福園】，很幸運的一次遇見！

民宿位置很好，就就在皮市街景區裏，身處鬧市，去哪都方便，旁邊就有個7-11便利店，小吃店，日料店，糖水店，茶餐廳近在咫尺，皮市街主打文創概念，適合年輕人，很多店都很有設計感。 民宿剛開業不久，裝修很好，乾淨整潔，設施全，戴森吹風機，中央空調，極米投影電視，四星酒店水準。 可以攜帶寵物，不收取清潔費。 老闆娘和管家都很友善，預訂後會主動聯繫加微信，發定位及自家總結的攻略。 可以安排路口銀河電子城地面停車場停車，距離民宿三十米，車位挺緊張，但流動也快，等等就有。 總之，值得推薦！
