連續兩個車次被停運，逗留一晚鎮江南，是大部分住客集中填滿這家新開酒店的原因。 説説好的一面，夠新，乾淨衞生、床鋪舒適、空間足夠、衞浴和其他設備都Ok，最關鍵是隔音效果好。 那也説説差的，颱風原因，認了。入住剛到樓上，園區停電，一直到23點之後才來電，有了空調，能睡覺。這中間，藉著手機光亮，吃了頓飯，爬樓梯下去拿的外賣（感謝極端天氣接單的商家和送外賣的小哥），別問為什麼……電梯🛗也停了、機器人卡在了5樓、充電寶它就在那（卻沒人能拿得出來）。本來高級的電動馬桶，沒辦法機械式沖水，總之，確實不怪酒店和工作人員。 另外就是有關的，入住混亂，穿西裝的工作人員平均5分鐘辦不完一個房間……通過各種問題判斷，是個新手，如果有考核是應該不通過的那種。登錄切換系統要旁邊的工作人員（同時在辦入住）提醒操作，入住人員證件和名字對應不清楚，漏放早餐券，拿着客人的手機預訂界面、説不知道預訂情況，哎！就這樣，還不斷的接電話，我實在忍不住了，讓她專心辦理入住（本身業務就不熟練，更不可能一心二用，更何況整個大廳都是排隊的）。明明前台還有2男、1女在裏面晃來晃去，一個看着像負責人的女的都在幫忙解決各種客人的問題，那2個男的真的是衹會動嘴，動嘴用你們嗎？矮個子的嘴都不動，就在那前後晃，我説電話這個閑人接不行嗎？他才被工作人員叫過來接電話。大概，這不算什麼危機時刻，不需要應對，無非就是簡單的工作流程而已。 停電，送了禮品（馬克杯+一瓶水），其實沒用，客人需要的是當時的積極態度和動作，而所有的工作人員當晚衹在説因為颱風……誰不知道、又誰不理解呢。沒有人想到是不是應該給每個住客額外送水、有沒有備用的零食可以充饑、贈送早餐、房價優惠等等。 再説説早餐，原本257元的雙床房，雙早315，我是真的相信早餐豐富（評價都是扯淡），一共就一條桌子，1個葷菜和5個素菜+炒飯和油條+茶葉蛋和水煮蛋+小米粥和大米粥（唯一熱的東西）+涼的豆漿和牛奶（豆漿渾濁的能喝出來水與豆粉的不充分融合）+包子/饅頭/畫卷/紫薯/山葯/玉米（玉米還有點生硬）+兩個小鹹菜+麪包和小蛋糕+葡萄和哈密瓜+咖啡和酸奶，然後現做的有“鍋蓋麪”、小餛飩、煎蛋、腸（盤子裏時不時的保留着兩個煎蛋和一根腸），雖然不好吃，但是很精控……可以説除了水煮蛋，其他都像極了家裡不會做飯的硬做的一頓飯，7點很多東西就涼了，怎麼搞，而且青菜裏面的丸子是嗖的（可能是昨晚停電導致冰箱失温，但做飯的人要品控啊）。 就這樣吧，不想論、不需要補償，半好半壞，也一半理解一半……總體很滿意（業務要練、團隊要配合）
