My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

房間非常滿意，衞生非常棒！孩子住兩天都沒住夠，可以説揚州之旅最滿意的就是住的這個酒店，從前台開始一直被照顧，熱心推薦當地美食，並告知周圍可以玩的景點，並且下雨也有提供雨傘的服務！有什麼問題都能第一時間響應！總之推薦來揚州遊玩的小夥伴都來這家住，離東關街，皮市街都很近！

One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

不得不説老牌五星還是值得信任的，服務非常好，從剛到酒店辦入住，前台服務員幫忙升級房間（忘了是哪位服務員，前台幾位都挺好），給了入住小禮物，到房間發現有個房間水管漏水馬上也給更換了同一層別的房間，客房阿姨也是一絲不苟地打掃衞生，不過用上一次性床單被套，馬桶套更安心。服務人員也都彬彬有禮，每天都送來水果和酸奶，長者出行帶着把輪椅，門口保安師傅每次都主動幫忙把輪椅放後備箱。細節處更能體現服務。退房的時候前台小高也非常熱情，辦理好手續又送了小朋友兩個小禮物，小朋友特別喜歡！另外説説早餐，品種挺豐富的，淮揚菜也蠻多的。再説一下房間情況，床軟硬適中，睡得很舒服，而且也算比較安靜，略有外面的聲音可以聽到，不過在可接受範圍內。房間內的小冰箱內放着免費的可樂和雪碧，每天會有4瓶純凈水。不過因為酒店年代較久，電視較小，也不是智能馬桶，不過我們對這個硬件部分沒有那麼高要求，如果大家對房間設施要求較高的話可以看看更新的酒店。據有些網友介紹説是酒店的咖啡很好喝，大概是指早餐的現磨咖啡吧，我更愛他們家的酸奶，所以咖啡沒喝。他家酸奶比網紅的楊大酸奶味道好多了！當然這個僅代表個人觀點，如果下次再來揚州，那我肯定還是會先選擇金陵大飯店。

春節在江蘇晚，前兩天住的南京，住宿條件一般，後面到了揚州有被驚艷到。首先空間大，兩個小朋友對空間滿意。其次衞生做的很不錯，打掃得很乾凈。第三問小朋友拖鞋的時候還送了小朋友牙刷，服務到位。第四早飯也豐盛，還送了小朋友早餐。順便推薦當地兩家性價比很高的飯店，大毛和生東！

小而美的精品酒店，就在大運河博物館邊上，三灣風景區內，參觀大運河博物館最好的選擇。一天逛完下來很累了，馬上就能回房間休息，沒有更好的選擇了。酒店樓下有星巴克和7-11，各式餐廳也有好幾個，不出景區就能用餐，很方便。酒店內還有迷你健身房和洗衣房，38的自助早餐是與隔壁餐廳合作的，性價比還是很高的。酒店前台服務人員熱情周到，分配的房間朝南，有個小陽台可以曬太陽，早上起來還能看到美麗的日出。下次來這邊玩，還會選擇這家酒店。
