The location is fantastic, right outside West Market, so shopping is super convenient. Within a kilometer's walk, there are all sorts of must-try restaurants. I stayed for four days, and every day I'd eat my fill, walk back to sleep, and then head out again for more food. I only took a taxi to one scenic spot, the Folk Park, for photos; everything else was within walking distance. Service: Absolutely outstanding! It's actually ruined me a bit; now when I travel to other cities and people are less attentive, I feel a little disappointed. They even do your laundry, drying and folding it for you in the laundry room – that service truly amazed me. You'll never have the problem of washing machines being full because previous guests haven't collected their clothes. I'm quite forgetful and often had to bother the front desk and cleaning staff, but they never seemed annoyed. The other day, I thought I'd lost my thermal underwear and then a sock. The front desk immediately offered to check the surveillance footage, but I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. Later, I found the sock in another bag (it wouldn't fit in the first two bags I'd taken), and the thermal underwear was rolled up with my other clothes. Then, I lost half an earbud while sleeping, and the cleaning staff helped me find it and even changed the linens 😭 I was so touched! 🥹 I want to recommend this place to everyone visiting Yanji! They're super quick with delivering water, tissues, and other items to the room, and changing the linens is handled incredibly fast too!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent—it’s very convenient with the West Market just across the street, making shopping and travel very easy. The service and attitude of the front desk and security staff were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always eager to assist with any requests. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably arranged, making for a very pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be that if the bathroom door were not a glass one, it would provide more privacy, but that’s a minor detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers great value for the price, and the location, service, and environment are all top-notch. Highly recommend!
