酒店內部環境很好，特別乾淨，服務人員都很友好。酒店還有免費咖啡和小零食，還可以免費韓服體驗，非常出片。尤其是房間被子和乳膠枕超級舒服。雖然沒在市中心，但是離西市場、網紅牆都不遠。上次住的景點附近出行特別不方便，堵車堵到懷疑人生[皺眉]總之來説值得推薦，很有性價比，下次來還會選擇。

設施：都是新的。 智能馬桶，然後有小度。屬於智能家居吧，總體來説還可以。 衞生：衞生的話真的一般般，從進酒店大門感覺到的是輝煌大氣，但是進了房間之後有散不去的煙味。然後拖鞋上也有不明的毛髮，床單也有污漬，聯繫了管家和前台。有幫我們更換新床單和拖鞋？贈送了小水吧。軟件服務確實還可以。 環境：公共區域前台，酒店外面和房間裏面，走廊這些地方確實環境很好。 服務：我覺得服務真的很不錯。有問題及時溝通處理了，包括我們走的時候，門口的保安大叔也會幫我們搬運行李。比一二線城市酒店的服務態度好很多。在餐廳吃飯的時候，鮮族的小姐姐們也是非常熱心。 聽到我需要茶水，就馬上幫我去泡了。桌上餐盤感覺多了也主動來收。 管家一對一服務也很貼心，及時幫我們處理問題，也告知我們吃早飯的時間。還發了一份旅遊的攻略給我們。還是非常不錯的，但是我不能理解的是既然房間是禁煙的，在房間裏抽煙要罰兩百，為什麼房間會有煙灰缸？還有就是房間內的煙味，床單上，毛巾上的煙味真的有點難聞

因為攜程搜到時一條評論沒有，我比較擔心酒店的品質問題。訂的那天和前台聯繫才知道剛開業的，入住後發現幾乎沒有味道。 點名誇讚前台小姐姐們，各個兒人美心善心，幫我們升級了親子套房，服務nice。 旁邊景點超級多，民俗園恐龍園帽兒山，在延吉算是地理位置很絕的酒店了。值得家庭遊和商務出行。 這個價格我果斷退了民宿改在這裏入住，住的安心。 地理位置是別墅住宅區，很安靜 一點也不吵，去百貨大樓，網紅牆坐車也衹要15分鐘。下次來還要住這裏。
