The suite was spacious, and my kids loved running around. Even though it was a windy winter, we still enjoyed spending time on the balcony multiple times. We stayed at the Marriott in the summer and decided to book here again for the winter. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied!

The hotel's meticulously designed gardens are perfect for an evening stroll, where the sea breeze gently caresses you. The night views are tranquil and romantic – truly, 'open your window to the sea, and every step is a picturesque scene.' **Family-Friendly**: This hotel is a fantastic choice for families, truly taking the burden off parents. Rooms come with thoughtful amenities like cribs, and the dining options cater to children's palates. Even better, the hotel is right next to the beach, allowing for easy access to beachcombing and sand play – a natural playground for families. Kids can reach the beach to dig in the sand in just two or three minutes. The hotel staff, especially Mango, were incredibly friendly. She helped me arrange my room and gave excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, which was very considerate.

The room is very spacious and clean. I was a bit worried about the facilities being outdated since it opened in 2018, but they actually seem very well-maintained. Every corner is spotless, and everything looks new and in great condition, with no signs of age. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, specialty noodles, desserts, and cold cuts. The service is also excellent; there's always someone at the entrance to help with luggage from the trunk and open car doors. Plus, from the sea-view room, you can sit on the sofa and watch the waves rolling in – it's a fantastic feeling. Going downstairs, you just walk through a small garden and you're right on the beach, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianma Pier, perfect for a stroll along the soft sand by the sea. This hotel offers incredible value for money in Yantai!

The environment is really good and quite close to the beach. However, the staff member who checked us in that day was extremely slow. Two other staff members had already finished checking in their guests while we were still waiting. We had booked two rooms for three people and requested them to be close together, but this request wasn't met – the rooms were on floors really far apart. They even told us that the rooms we booked were no longer available (then I wonder why they were available when we booked them, but not when we arrived at the hotel 😅😅). Finally, the check-in took almost 20 minutes 😅😅. I can understand that it was busy on January 1st, but other staff members had already checked in several guests while ours was still fumbling around, doing god knows what 😅😅. But it's true, it's very close to the beach.

The room was clean and spacious. The surrounding area is also very nice, though it gets a bit cold in winter. From the lobby to the room, everything was very clean. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even asked if I wanted a packed breakfast since I was leaving early the next day.

We arrived late in the evening, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us check in. Since we had sent our luggage ahead of time, they even spent a good while late at night searching for it for us. When we got to our room, there was initially a smoke smell, but they handled it very well. Overall, the service was very warm and comfortable. The environment was great too, and the bedding and everything else was impeccable. My only regret is that our trip was too rushed, and we didn't get to enjoy breakfast. I hope to have the chance to try it next time I visit!

Excellent, clean, and the sea view is stunning. I'll definitely come back. The facilities and breakfast were also quite good. Overall, it lives up to its 5-star rating, and my girlfriend and I had a great time.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and having a shopping mall right next door was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was cozy, and I got a very quiet night's rest. It was a huge plus that I could store my luggage after checking out. Annie at the front desk was fantastic – her service was top-notch, she was incredibly thorough and attentive, and so thoughtful, even giving us a discounted rate! The room was spotless as well. I ended up extending my stay for another night without hesitation! Highly recommend!

Very satisfied! They welcomed us with some Yantai-specialty gifts: two bags of apple juice and a pack of apple cookies. The view is fantastic, facing the sea, which made me feel so happy. It's a great choice for travelers. The lobby also has a Christmas tree, adding a wonderful festive atmosphere.

The hotel is right by the sea, and you can even see the ocean from your room. All the essential facilities are available, and the hygiene is excellent. The environment is beautiful, and the beds are clean and tidy. We were upgraded for free to an executive floor, and the food at the executive lounge was decent. The hotel also provided a special Yantai welcome gift and a complimentary breakfast buffet.

The hotel boasts stunning seaside views and charming black pine forests, creating a wonderfully comfortable environment. Luna was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, proactively explaining how to use the facilities and responding promptly to our requests. The guest rooms feature high-end bedding and toiletries, and the facilities are well-maintained. Both the public areas and our room were thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations and comes highly recommended!
