First of all, the hotel is very big. The rooms are large and quiet. They have balconies and the doors can be opened. They are ventilated and cool! Secondly, as soon as I entered the door, I saw a bottle of red wine. The front desk said it was given for free😄. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel room was very new. Once again, this automatic toilet seat is really great, haha, you will know after you try it! Oh, by the way, there are welcome drinks and snacks in the room. Full of heart!

I unexpectedly booked a hotel that I was very satisfied with. The lady helped me upgrade the room. The room was very big and felt like it was newly renovated. The bathroom was designed with wet and dry separation and a smart toilet. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich. The most surprising thing was that it was given as a gift after checking into the hotel. A bottle of red wine, really excellent. The hotel is about 8-10 minutes' walk from Penglai Pavilion and a little far from Sanxian Mountain, but the starting price is just a taxi. Opposite the hotel is Liqun Shopping Center, which is very convenient for eating. I hope it can be a reference for travelers.

I put my shorts on the seat to eat. It was a layer of dirt. I went out for a walk on the way and told the front desk that it needed to be cleaned. There was too much dust. When I came back, the room was not moved at all. Even the garbage from the meal was still there. I later returned. After I checked into the hotel, I called back and mentioned this problem. Nothing more happened. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. At least the hygiene was not guaranteed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is so old that I thought I had traveled through time. The TV is smaller than my mirror, and the worst thing is the hardware. There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the room. The bathroom is dirty and rotten. The shower head directly sprays all the shower water outside. The air conditioner doesn't respond at all. I actually need to fan myself to cool down when staying in the hotel. All these are very infuriating. The most frustrating thing is the service. I called the front desk to report the problem, saying that the air conditioner was not cooling well and one set of children's toothbrushes was missing, but no one came. I checked out the next day, and no one solved the problem. There was not even a phone call. With such hardware and service, they still dare to charge a room rate of 481. It's really stupid and ugly. Whoever stays here will regret it. The breakfast is disgusting. I don't mean to make this comment maliciously, it's just that the good mood I had when I came out to play has been completely ruined. If I hadn’t brought my son with me, I would have really wanted to curse! ! ! ! Everyone please be careful to avoid pitfalls! ! ! ! I was so angry that I forgot to take a photo!

The front desk and other service staff are warm and polite. After joining the company, the hotel sent fruits, snacks and local specialties (Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine), which was very warm. The room is tidy and sanitary, with complete toiletries. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Penglai's famous attractions. After dinner, you can go for a scenic walk along the coast. It feels like a good stay experience. Because I was busy visiting attractions, I didn't take any photos of the room and surroundings.

It has not been renovated for 20 years. It sounds high-end, but the hygiene is poor. The bathtub cannot be used. It seems that the room has not been cleaned and the cleaning staff has not been seen. The breakfast is average. The price-performance ratio of more than 400 is very low.
