入住前，酒店工作人員就回電話微信聯繫，整個入住期間，都可以通過微信聯繫工作人員，諮詢服務都很及時。商務車接送機非常貼心，還提供擺渡車接送去瓏岱酒莊。客房面積不小，床品也不錯。洗浴產品精油味道特別好聞，就是浴缸淋浴間與房間之間沒有遮擋，還是有點略尷尬的。中央空調，不能自己調整室內温度，與工作人員聯繫，説因為山裡早晚温差大，所以不好調太低。但我表示冷點可以蓋被子，就調低了。迷你吧免費。還送了小食水果。杏和蘋果乾很好吃。早餐有幾個套餐可以選擇，粵菜口味，清淡健康。不過我是東北人，就覺得還是太清淡。點餐的話有套餐也有單點。要預約，價格是比較高的。但丘山山谷這一帶餐飲都這樣。酒店很有設計感，尤其是到處的綠植鮮花非常治癒。總的來説，還是很喜歡逃牛嶺的，如果在丘山山谷住宿，逃牛嶺是首選。

Bilik baron yang saya tinggali secara keseluruhannya sangat memuaskan. Satu-satunya rumah dengan pepijat kecil sangat kasar, dan rasanya seperti mengambil gambar dengan anak-anak. Very short stay but was incredibly useful for a stay for a stop over and a rest before a morning flight. Beds were fine, front desk was helpful providing any small items like razors etc. when needed. Was also the fastest check in I've had as a foreigner in a hotel China, although I suspect part of that was because my partner is chinese.

因為在韓國🇰🇷首爾轉機不成功的關係，臨時性的在網路上買了機票飛往煙台，因為春運期間，各地返鄉過年的人早就都買好機票，所以只好從韓國🇰🇷首爾先飛，山東煙台，協成trip推薦 雲宿飯店，所以，就因緣際會的入住 雲宿飯店。
因為到煙台國際機場已經很晚了，而飯店位置，雖然離機場近，但除了機場的基建上國際化，其他的地方基建，卻還未跟上，所以，心裡想的跟實際上看到的會有落差。
重點是，CP值，性價比，個人覺得超高，甚至超過台灣地區，很多的民宿品質。
零下氣溫，洗澡的熱水溫度夠熱；環境清潔度 及 床單、枕頭的乾淨程度，是沒話說的，讓疲憊的我，有真的有好好的達到充足的睡眠🛌！
最重要的來了，
飯店真的有提供 機場》飯店 、飯店》機場 的接送服務，真的很貼心，值得推薦。

PPengguna Tetamu跟朋友到煙台旅遊選了這家酒店公寓住得非常滿意，首先這家店是乾濕分離的衞生間且是淋浴，第二房間面積很大很舒適，還帶冰箱廚具，就是設施有點舊但是瑕不掩瑜，第三，服務是真的好，每天有免費水果贈送，有任何問題酒店工作人員都能幫忙解決，小到搬行李，大到提供燙衣服的工具等，特別感謝客房部的小紅小慶小愛小納很不錯為我們服務，點贊！

GGrossNearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

YYuThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. We have travelled through many countries and visited quite a few 5-star hotels in the world. The Sheraton gold beach really lives up to its reputation and way more comfortable than all other top hotels. The room is large and clean. The staff are all professional. We have received warm welcome and thoughtful service through our stay. It happened to be my birthday on the second day of our stay. The staff prepared a nice cake and fruit basket for us. Berry Yuan was the first person who sent me birthday wishes the day of birthday. What a surprise! I really felt I was home. The location is incredible. We cannot believe that we can enjoy an ocean view from our home. If you would like to have a walk, the hotel is right on the beach. What you need to do is just stepping out of the backyard. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous with great varieties. They serve freshly brewed coffee which is not common in China. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yantai.

PPengguna TetamuExtremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming.
Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby.
Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.
