The Mirage Resort & SPA

這是我們第二次來這個度假村了。停車很方很，安保嚴格，環境很安全，安靜，讓人很放鬆。自助餐很豐盛，員工很友好非常熱情，總是能在需要的時候，及時提供幫助。員工英文都挺流利，溝通無障礙！性價比非常高的度假村。下次一定在夏季來一次，因為泳池看着實在是很漂亮！

Très belles piscines, plage un peu moins, eau pratiquement noir mais très calme avec peu de touristes Belle hôtel avec une décoration de goût mais à rénover et rafraîchir... Propreté à revoir, pas de changement de draps tout les jours dans les chambre, sol sale... Buffet répétitif tous les jours et manque de fruits frais et de glaces Pas d’ascenseur donc très embêtant nous étions au premier étage avec un bébé Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoile européen.

Amazing stay. Room was amazing and clean. Pool area and beach facilities were great. Entertainment team were amazing especially amine, he made the holiday. Shows every night were to a high standard and there was always something to do during the day and night. We went to the al a carte restaurant for an extra charge which was really nice and worth the extra bit of money. Already planning to come back next year.

I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 5 star hotel. I get bitten by a bed bugs🪳 in this hotel, not sure if the hotel is aware how big problem bed bugs are in France and 90% of travelers are from France. There is no entertainment not so ever for English speakers. All the entertainment are in French language and everyone welcome you saying bonjour. Are we in France or Tunisia? It’s good that they give you warm welcoming but they kept our baggage so we can fill the documents and eat and when we unpack we noticed our iPad is smashed. I don’t really know what was happening to my baggage as it’s been nicked by staff as soon as we enter the hotel. We also been served as our first meal with some left overs (dry salad, dry bun and some old chicken ham) I would expect something warm to eat not cold left overs from fridge. There is just one restaurant and food isn’t that great. The salads are dry and not fresh , there is not much to choose from. Whatever is left from dinner they will display same food for next day lunch 🤮🤢 I don’t have to mention there is a lot of fly 🤢 The cutlery was dirty 🤢 Beach bar not working and the beach itself very dirty full of rubbish plastic bottles 🙁The rooms are renewed but not clean. They cover stain on sofa with bedsheets rather then clean it. TV in room was not working when we told on reception we been told “ok” and that’s all. No drinks in room fridge not even bottle of water. You can’t lock the balcony and windows are so loose fitted that you hear them banging every couple of seconds. If you coming from UK you won’t like this hotel I feel really disappointed the way they treat english people here. Price for trips is a joke £60 pp for quads ? People who rating this hotel above 1 star never been in other hotels. Just counting days to return from this holiday. Our first and last visit in Tunisia.

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend, it has everything you could possibly need on the complex. A shop, several swimming pools a spa a shisha lounge and several bars and so much more. One of my favourite nights would be at the animation Netflix show. Hana was so lovely and welcoming through the whole trip. Montessar took care of us very well most nights in the shisha bar. The waiters can’t do enough for you when it’s time to eat constantly refilling your drinks before you ask. The photographers were very good and funny and we got lots of photos taken that we could purchase after. The ladies in the Spa were amazing, so good I went 3 times in one week! They make you feel very relaxed and treat you well. The food is different every night making it exciting to go and eat. The chefs make a wonderful display. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to stay again!

Amazing hospitality, food and activities plus the staff very friendly. Especially Hana who made sure that we had everything we needed for entertainment including shows, sports and games. Montassar made sure that we had fresh shisha coals with new flavours every time and got us drinks to enjoy with shisha. The waiters in the restaurant were funny and always on the ball with drinks as my cup never went empty all throughout my 3 meals. Overall me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay here and plan on coming again later in the year. If you’re coming to Tunisia you have to come to the mirage for the best experience 10/10.

This hôtel is frankly amazing open air long beach ,big pool.nice varitey of drink. The best thing the team of worker is very cool and helpful Mr khaled réception.Mr jedidi barman ,chams,Hana animation , ramzi barman also the workers in restaurant thanks for all team of mirage i'm very happy to visit this hôtel also i will return as soon as possible

Smooth check in and shown to our room which was lovely, spacious and clean. We had garden view which was nice and friends stayed in the villas which was good to but no wifi like our main hotel room had. WiFi was all around the hotel apart from the restaurant-which we thought was a great touch. Nothing worse than hearing lots of phones whilst eating. Hotel/Grounds is spotless-staff working all day long. Small shop on site-reasonably priced with lots in. The hotel is on a beach with a bar and restaurant (open in peak season but looked great) there were loungers and umbrellas to use. The beach close to hotel was clean and maintained but the further you walk out the more littered it is. Don’t let the camels you may see as they want money for it. A good range of food and drinks (although a little competitive but to be expected on All Inclusive) at least 3 live stations of cooking so fresh food throughout each serving. Vegetables samosas were the best! Plenty of options to eat something different every day. Cannot fault the staff- Hana and Nino (Nizar) from the entertainment team especially and all pool bar staff were so friendly always wanting to help. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Made our holiday! Hana was working everyday we were there, taking children to all kinds of activities, face painting, French boules, tennis, table tennis, t shirt making, darts, football and disco each day. My girlies love her so much and was sad to leave. She does not get enough recognition for the effort she puts in and how she makes the children feel. The children felt safe with Hana and was always willing to go off and take part in the activities she carefully picked out to suit the children. Hana and Nino made lots of effort with us adult English tourists too…unfortunately there is one lady (Orlga I believe) who seemed to prioritise the French MASSIVELY, so when the audience were addressed at the end of the shows, it was all in French. Nino (who spoke perfect English) was always overspoken and unable to translate which was unfortunate as we had no idea what was going on (not able to understand French!) this really should change so all tourists feel included. I appreciate there are different programmes/staff to suit different tourists but when the one show is translated in just French, it doesn’t make the other nationalities feel very welcome. Especially knowing Nino can speak fluent English and is standing there with a microphone but unable to talk!! The hotel was predominantly French but apart from that one lady, the staff made us feel welcome. Hana and Nino was on hand to help throughout the holiday so find them if you need help with anything. We went on the camel trip which was not as we expected-our children rode along the road to the beach before walking and stopping on the beach for over an hour. Check out prices from the men selling on site though, as we got it for £25 each in the end. You definitely don’t want to pay more than t
