Ulasan Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

Location is excellent, amenities are out dated

I booked this hotel for a business trip. Overall, it was a beautiful and clean place, and my fellow travelers really enjoyed it.

Poor service

I only stayed two nights in Armenia because of its excellent location and the building itself being a scenic spot. However, I didn't expect it to be so noisy during an event in the square at night… The room was very small, and the front desk service was terrible; one lady had a very unpleasant expression throughout, so it wasn't a good experience. The facilities are rather old. Yerevan is generally quite nice, and there are many better options; I just considered it an experience.

The hotel is located on Republic Square in Yerevan. The square seen from the hotel is like the beginning of a trip to Yerevan. However, it is unfortunate that the lounge closes when the fountain show begins...

They were very considerate and gave me a room facing the Republic Square. I could appreciate the rich history and cultural landscape of Armenia. The clock tower sounded the time on time, which was very warm.

This hotel has a very good location, right next to Republic Square and the Armenian History Museum. However, the hotel's decor and facilities are outdated and of a low standard.

Both the hardware and software are mediocre; the mattress is too soft.

Good location. Friendly staff. When I asked to change rooms, they showed me all the available rooms. Breakfast was not bad. It was noisy because it was under renovation and I couldn't get through the main entrance. Good location that could make up for all the shortcomings. Located right in front of Republic Square.

Except for the good location, everything else is really a slap in the face of Marriott.

Good location, convenient transportation, big room

The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center. Eating is convenient, and the more famous restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The hotel itself is part of the attractions of Place de la République, and there are many tour groups on the square visiting the surrounding areas.

What impressed me the most was the front desk. The service at the front desk was very unprofessional and poor.
