Friendly staff - efficient and quick check-in. The room was clean. The mattress is a little bit too soft. Very good location - close to many sights of the city.

Good location is the only plus. The room was very small. Basic amenities were missing: no shampoo in the shower. I asked twice for a toothbrush and toiletries, but they never arrived. Cannot recommend due to poor service and cramped rooms.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but otherwise the impressions are average. Some of the interior items in the room require updating.

I give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! I won't go into detail about the basics of room cleanliness and amenities; it was a true five-star hotel, and our two-night stay was incredibly comfortable! The hotel's location and service are a real plus: Location: Located in the heart of Yerevan, you can see Republic Square from the window, and attractions like the Grand Staircase and the History Museum of Armenia are all within walking distance. Downstairs are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and handicraft shops, making it a pleasant place to browse in the evening. Service: The front desk staff were patient and helpful, spoke excellent English, and were incredibly helpful. They even helped us get a ride to the airport when our taxi app had issues!

The hotel is quite old (the carpet is a bit worn), but the location is good. They upgraded our room, but it felt like we were missing a sofa and table (large but useless, with minimal amenities). The breakfast was okay for two days, but it was a disaster on the third. Also, a word of caution: don't damage anything; they charged 100 RMB for a glass.

It's a standard hotel, next to Wyndham. Hotels near Republic Square are very expensive. This one is considered to have a good value for money. The price has increased too much since then, and the renewal fee will exceed the budget. It is recommended to book hotels in Yerevan in advance, otherwise they will be very expensive during the summer vacation.
