Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

Super hotel très récent situé idéalement au centre de Yerevan. Tout est accessible à pied très rapidement, la place de la République ou bien l'avenue du Nord piétonne et touristique. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, la literie est de qualité, et la douche puissante et excellente. Tout est fourni pour la toilettes, ainsi qu'une théière avec café et thé renouvelé chaque jour, ainsi que de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme buffet, c'est très abondant, il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut désirer, les oeufs sont cuits à la demande, tout est très frais et très bon. Sans aucune restriction, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement aimable, que ce soit au restaurant ou bien le personnel d'entretien, mais mention spéciale aux jeunes filles de la réception qui se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire vos demandes et jours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement correct. C'est une excellente adresse à recommander pour un séjour à Erevan, personnellement, j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

We stayed at the Royal Hotel in June 2023 as part of a tour group. Positives - Great location right in the middle of restaurants and easy walking distance to Republic Square, the Cascades park - Rooms are a good size Negatives - We stayed 4 nights and had some sort of wifi issue every day. Some days we had no reception at all. Reception was best in the hotel reception and even then the quality was low - Staff had loud arguments in the front reception - Another guest who checked in for the first time early one morning came back down to tell the staff that her room had not been cleaned. She needed to be moved - Fruit offered at breakfast was bruised and poor quality - The chairs in the dining room were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - Secure lock up for your luggage when you check out was just putting luggage behind the bar in the reception area. It wasn't tagged or securely stored - Reception was not continuously staffed. On the day of checkout, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to help. They ended up having to call the reception staff as they couldn't be found - We had a coffee station and no kettle. Only one person in our group of 30 had a kettle in their hotel - The bathroom has been remodeled but there is no sealant under the glass shower panel so your bathroom floor gets wet While the hotel is rated 4 stars, be aware that you probably won't experience this but will pay the price of a 4 star hotel

Отель однозначно понравился. Без изысков, но с внятным и позитивным ресепшеном. Локация для Еревана очень хорошая, центр, все в пешей доступности. О размещении. Маленькая комната, но все необходимое было внутри. Неожиданно приличный интерьер. В том числе и санузел выглядел очень неплохо. Как итог: за свои деньги - вполне! Для пересадки или остановки на 2-3 дня однозрачно подходит.

Комфортные апартаменты в центре Еревана. Рядом куча вкусных и интересных мест. В этом же здании супермаркет, работающий до 01:00 ночи. Заселение бесконтактное. Мы заезжали до рекомендуемого времени и ребята приняли нас буквально через час после выезда предыдущих гостей. При этом всё было чисто. Коммуникации немного пахнут, нужно использовать вытяжку. В одну из ночей система вентиляции не справилась, проснулись от сильной жары, но кондиционер исправил атмосферу за минут 20) Утюг и фен простые, но свои функции исполняют хорошо. Бронировали через букинг, который не принимает российские карты, поэтому оплачивали наличными драмами.

Расположен в центре, комнаты убирают хорошо, завтрак достойный выбор, бассейн приятный, но, персонал в холле вроде приветливый, но не полезный, в ресторане официант вообще разочарование, не знает винную карту, спросила есть ли полусухое вино, сказали есть, но принесли сухое, просила белое, принесли красное, в баре спросила что могут сделать быстро, ответ - посмотрите меню.. сколько стоит капучино, тоже посмотрите меню.. странно, вроде должны стараться заработать, но как-то все без энтузиазма, общее впечатление положительное, но сервис не дотягивает до ожидаемого в сетевом оттеле.

Нам понравился отель ! Принимают карты мир , есть банкомат . Можно наличные снять ! Сотрудники очень вежливые ! Старший администратор Ашот показал нам номера и мы выбрали самый удобный для нас . И советовал очень крутые кафе в Ереване ) Любые просьбы тут же выполнялись ! Из минусов … выбирайте номер не на солнечной стороне и вам не будет жарко Странный завтрак с картофелем пюре ( но вы же в Ереване и здесь свой колорит ) Не понравилась кухня в room service Принесли быстро но…паста с морепродуктами была с местными специями , салат цезарь с неправильной зеленью …. Мини бар не охлаждает напитки . Цены на всё приемлемые . Не так далеко от гостиницы находится рынок ГУМ , где вы можете купить сухофрукты , золотой рынок , ярмарка Вернисаж , Площадь Республики, Северный проспект ( местный Арбат ) и Каскад ( где много крутых кафешек )

Это даже не отель, а гостеприимный армянский дом, где всегда вас рады молодые и приятные, очень красивые, хорошо воспитанные и образованные, добрые и внимательные молодые ребята. Так сложилось, что последние много лет я больше живу в отелях, чем у себя дома. Будучи «отельным экспертом», проживал во многих отелях центра Еревана и, когда оказался в отеле Сфера, что находится ~ 3 км от площади Республики, боялся не ужиться. Но отель мне подходил и территориально и по цене, поэтому в этот раз я остановился именно тут. Хочу заметить, что с виду в скромном помещении спрятан шикарный отель- уютные, свежие, красивые, до мелочей продуманные номера с самыми удобными кроватями (матрас обеспечит самый приятный и спокойный сон) и мебелью. Интерьер и его составляющее по всему отелю и в номерах - шторы, мебель, ванная комната и сантехника, халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мини бар и остальное, именно то, что нужно каждому гостю отеля- не важно он бизнесмен или отдыхающий. Завтрак и персонал ресторана, который спокойно говорит на многих языках, отдельная тема. Вы найдете все за нескромным завтраком, при этом все очень свежее и вкусное, с правильной подачей. Помимо правильного шведского стола из горячих блюд и холодных закусок, свежих овощей и фруктов, каши и сладостей, молодая красивая и очень оригинальная актриса Лилия,или кто нибудь другой из персонала ресторана, для вас сварит ароматный кофе по-восточному и приготовит омлет так как нужно вам. Прожив в этом отеле около 20 дней, мы теперь точно знаем где будем останавливаться в следующий раз в Ереване. Кстати, пешком до самого сердце Еревана ровно 35 минут.
