Hotel 3 Bintang di Yerevan

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

We stayed for four nights at My Hotel Yerevan and found it exceptionally good. We stayed in the deluxe room, and I've stayed in smaller rooms at five-star hotels! This one was huge, with a separate seating area heaps of cupboard space and luggage storage. The location is good: it's right on the ring road around the edge of the CBD. There's a large ”SAS” supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away, and it's only 350m to the nearest metro station. But the hotel is set back from the main roads, meaning it's also very quiet at night. This can make it a touch tricky to find at first - the hotel's address is officially on Nalbandyan St, but it's also accessible from Isahakyan St, where there's a large sign pointing to it on the footpath. From this sign, walk through the tunnel to the end of that road then turn right; the hotel is then the three-story beige building ahead. Communication was excellent. They contacted us on Whatsapp a few days in advance. Their housekeeping staff noted a problem with a door in our room during our stay (we hadn't even noticed) and they called us while we were out to ask our permission for a maintenance person to enter the room to fix it! A charming simple breakfast is served in the basement. They also have an arrangement for room service with a nearby cafe for lunch/dinner. You can simply tell reception what you'd like to order and they will call the order through to the cafe in Armenian. A waiter from the cafe brings the food directly to your room and takes payment (either cash or with a mobile credit card machine). Note that the hotel has no elevator (it's just 12 rooms across three floors) but does have several rooms on the ground floor, so consider requesting one of those if stairs trouble you.

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried. They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.

Бывала в данном отеле неделю назад и мне очень понравилось там местоположение. Можно спокойно сходить прогуляться , обстановка и атмосфера очень приятная и комфортная. По чистоте нет никаких проблем, все чистенько и аккуратно. Единственный минус хочу выделить, что утюг не приносят в номер и нужно спускаться к ним вниз и там гладить

Я забронировал номер на одну ночь, проездом из Европы, чтобы не ждать рейса в аэропорту. Приехал после 24 00. Меня великолепно встретили, показали номер и дали нужный совет где можно ночью купить разные мелочи. Ребята, хочу Вам сказать, что этот отель тянет на **** по уровню сервиса, оснащению номеров, расположению, ассортименту завтрака и главное по вежливости и гостеприимству. Сейчас редко такое встретишь. Теперь я знаю, что советовать друзьям и где останавливаться самому при посещении Еревана. Евгений Мешалкин. Был в отеле в сентябре 2023.

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

Комфортные апартаменты в центре Еревана. Рядом куча вкусных и интересных мест. В этом же здании супермаркет, работающий до 01:00 ночи. Заселение бесконтактное. Мы заезжали до рекомендуемого времени и ребята приняли нас буквально через час после выезда предыдущих гостей. При этом всё было чисто. Коммуникации немного пахнут, нужно использовать вытяжку. В одну из ночей система вентиляции не справилась, проснулись от сильной жары, но кондиционер исправил атмосферу за минут 20) Утюг и фен простые, но свои функции исполняют хорошо. Бронировали через букинг, который не принимает российские карты, поэтому оплачивали наличными драмами.

Бюджетный отель неподалеку от Каскада. В предыдущем отзыве (@IuliiaBorunova) все расписано очень подробно и наши мнения практически совпадают, хотя с момента их посещения прошло 4 года. Не очень понравилось, что долго не могли найти отсутствующий в номере фен...Понравилось наличие бассейна, что было актуально в жаркую погоду, поэтому поставлю ”4”, но в следующий раз предпочту выбрать другое место проживания.

I stayed at the Nairi hotel for 4 nights on business trip. It's is a budget-friendly 4 star hotel located 1.7 kilometers from the Opera. Seems out of the way, but not really. Near the hotel is a bus stop, it just takes ten min to get to the city center by bus, however, you will need a cab to return to the hotel after 10 PM. Additionally, a bakery and a few grocery stores, are nearby, and they are open until late at night. The room was comfortable and had an open window with an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was very good, and the dining room has a microwave for warming up your meal. As a final note, I would like to thank the receptionist, as well as the rest of the staff, for their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism.

The hotel is modern and located in the heart of city centre. The staffs are friendly and speak English well enough. The lobby zone is comfortable. I enjoyed the setting in the lobby, it is modern and friendly zone. The barman named Roma took my experience to extraordinary level. He is very friendly and good at making cocktails. I felt at home and I had great times.
