Hotel berhampiran House-museum of Avetik Isahakyan, Yerevan

Excellent new build hotel which punches well above its Courtyard label. It offers a very quality of design through its architecture through to the well planned and designed interiors creating a great atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff from check in to all F and B offers to check out. Special mention to the Janetta who gave me an excellent massage. Overall, highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

I would like to highlight how professional your team are Tigran on check in was able to explain the terms and helped us with tour plan, and Anna and Christine whos always approachable. The breakfast team whos always on smile every morning and accommodating, Arthur whos flexible and very helpful. You have an amazing people and they deserve a raise!

Обычно я не делюсь негативом по отелям в отзывах - с кем не бывает. Но учитывая общий рейтинг, который как я вижу, не упал за это время, решила написать о своем опыте и предупредить будущих гостей. К сожалению, это было самый отвратительный отель в моей жизни. обо всем по порядку: 1) влажное постельное белье 2) долго не заселяли хотя были свободные номера - ну, да ладно 3) постель застилали уже при мне 4) старая побитая (буквально) мебель - но это еще ладно 5) заселялась я в январе, на пару дней, и у меня не работало отопление - было очень холодно 6) в комнате (последний этаж) плохо ловил интернет - надо было искать точку куда он добивает 7) в ванной отвалился под весом полотенца держатель полотенца 8) кран в душе прикручен через одно место: регулятор воды - он упирается в шланг от душа - вода не может нормально идти, т.к есть ограничение 9) есть кондей, но он не работал 10) в отеле шел ремонт на первом этаже 11) лифта нет, мне действительно, помогли донести вещи - большое за это спасибо. Но когда пришло время нести их вниз, товарищ долго возмущался что чемодана 2. Из плюсов 1) локация 2) в целом приветливый персонал Общий вывод: тогда за ту же цену можно было снять другие варианты в центре, если бы не отзывы на букинге. Вроде как не две звезды за 3 копейки - во всяком случае на момент моей брони. Но таких впечатлений я не получала даже в 2* отеле. Однозначно не рекомендую. Судя по написанному, есть ощущение что отзывы накрутили: не смотря на кучу минусов перечисленных в отзывах на том же букинге, оценку все равно ставят довольно высокую. Super hotel très récent situé idéalement au centre de Yerevan. Tout est accessible à pied très rapidement, la place de la République ou bien l'avenue du Nord piétonne et touristique. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, la literie est de qualité, et la douche puissante et excellente. Tout est fourni pour la toilettes, ainsi qu'une théière avec café et thé renouvelé chaque jour, ainsi que de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme buffet, c'est très abondant, il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut désirer, les oeufs sont cuits à la demande, tout est très frais et très bon. Sans aucune restriction, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement aimable, que ce soit au restaurant ou bien le personnel d'entretien, mais mention spéciale aux jeunes filles de la réception qui se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire vos demandes et jours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement correct. C'est une excellente adresse à recommander pour un séjour à Erevan, personnellement, j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Good hotel, good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with daily variations. Location is nice and close to the city centre.

和女兒一起，安排的房間是一張大床，帶陽台，這個酒店有洗漱用品，每天打掃衞生，熱水足，有浴袍，每天更換浴巾毛巾，每天2瓶水，早餐時，餐廳也有瓶裝水，免費拿，這點比宜必思好，宜必思每天就衹有2瓶。早餐也很好，品類豐富，果汁，咖啡，酸奶，湯，雞蛋等等都有，都很好吃。 前台人員很熱情，樂於助人，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Повторно бронировали этот отель. Все нравится. Близко от аэропорта, чисто, тихо, кондиционер. Достопримечательности рядом. Посмотрели армянские венчание и крещение в храме Св Гаяне. Если пересадка в Ереване и надо где то переночевать, это идеальный вариант, на такси от аэропорта или обратно -300р. По вечерам много работающих кафе рядом с отелем. Бассейн не застали, но это тоже явный плюс.
