Everything is fine. It's quite cold here, so I'd recommend bringing warm clothes for the winter. The air conditioner stopped working properly during the night, which made it a little chilly, but it started working again in the morning.

A great place to stay inside Hongcun. The owners had great communication and picked us up at the front gate with a wagon for our luggage. The room was basic but clean. Good location and short walk from the attractions. The rooftop view was not at the location but another one of the owners properties a short walk away. Was nice to have a walk and take in the view. If you’re looking for a place to stay while enjoying Hongcun I would definitely recommend.

The cleanest and most welcoming guesthouse I stayed at during my Huangshan trip. This room type was perfectly adequate for a family with elderly members and young children. We enjoyed photos and coffee on the rooftop, overlooking Hongcun Village. Cleanliness: Very clean Facilities: Very new, only toilet available Environment: Very close to attractions, luggage shuttle service provided Service: Excellent, very warm and welcoming

The B&B is divided into Courtyard 1 and Courtyard 2. Courtyard 1 is older and Courtyard 2 is newer. Courtyard 1 and Courtyard 2 are not together. If you want to go to the balcony of Courtyard 2, you need to walk a distance. It is not recommended to book a room on the first floor because the windows are all in the corridor at the door and the curtains must be drawn at all times. In addition, the sound insulation of people coming and going and the common problem of B&Bs is not good, it will be noisy overall. Hongcun is more commercialized as a whole, and it feels that staying for one night is not very meaningful.

The rooms are fully equipped and of good quality; clean and tidy; elegant environment; and the owner provides excellent service. In short, it's great value for money, and I would choose this place again if I came to Hongcun again.

The room was very clean, and special souvenirs were given. The service was very good. They took our suitcases at the entrance of the scenic area. There was a large terrace that was great for taking photos. The location was also easy to find, right next to the famous scenic spot Yuezhao.

If you contact us in advance, we will pick you up at the gate of the scenic spot and help you carry your luggage. After check-out, we will also help you carry your luggage to the gate. It is a very warm B&B. The room is hygienic and clean, and there is a smart toilet and a disposable toilet cover.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the popular tourist attraction Yuennum. It is very friendly to babies with weak legs on the "alley" of Nine Roads and Eighteen Turns! The B&B environment is very clean and very worthy of the price! The facilities in the room are very new, including smart toilets, bathtubs, disposable toilet mats and various accessories. The environment is great, the location is great, and the service is great. The old house has been newly renovated and the facilities are complete. Taking a bath after returning from Huangshan was especially comfortable. The smart toilet and air conditioning are very strong. The location is in an alley near Moon Pond, a one-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The staff are extremely welcoming and responsive, always ready to help. They even upgraded our room, which was very thoughtful.

The prices of our guesthouse fluctuate according to the market, and we haven't raised our prices during the summer holidays. 1. Regarding the room environment, the twin beds are on the first floor, but not near the main entrance. Don't lie. All the room photos are real; you can see the floor and room size in your booking information! 2. Regarding the shower, the water pressure was extremely low. It's possible other guests were showering at the same time you were there. Why didn't you call me to report this? 3. Regarding the air conditioning, the staff won't enter the room after check-in. The power is cut off when you remove your room card. Didn't you know that? 4. Regarding the unusual lighting, all rooms in Hongcun are equipped with smoke detectors. 5. Regarding the value for money, you must have compared prices before booking. You said afterwards that staying outside the scenic area was better, and you could cancel and get a full refund if you were dissatisfied on the day of your visit. You didn't mention that! 6. You need to check out around 5 AM the next morning, and you only have a handbag. We will still arrange for staff to escort you to the ticket gate. The West Gate 2 ticket gate is located at the two ancient trees at the village entrance! Please don't vent your frustrations on others. Sometimes, try to appreciate the beauty of the world.
