I am very satisfied with this stay. We are traveling by car and have our own parking space. It is not far from Hongcun and Xidi. The hotel environment is very good and has its own unique sense of high-end design, with the design of Huizhou architecture. The service of the hotel itself is enthusiastic, proactive, efficient and thoughtful. The rooms are quiet, bright and comfortable. It is worth recommending! !

I have been in Yi County for three days. This hotel is very distinctive, with a good view outside the window, the overall decoration is in Hui style, and there is an infinity pool and outdoor hot spring. I made an appointment for a travel photo shoot in the hotel (more expensive). I originally wanted to experience the hot spring and booked this hotel, but the chef said that the water in the bathtub in the room was the same as outside, so I soaked in the room. The only flaw is the front desk brother of the restaurant. He made me wait for more than 20 minutes before he started to cook and serve me. Although it is not worth getting angry, it still affects the stay experience. The brother and sister at the front desk patiently answered my questions when I checked out and told me the brand of aromatherapy, which was considered to be a compensation. The overall experience is very good, and the flaws do not cover the merits. If I come back to Hongcun, I will consider this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to Hongcun and Pingshan, and not far from the town. You can go out to eat local dishes at night. I am not used to staying in private B&Bs, and I think it is good to see this kind of regular star hotel with a good environment. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is good and not perfunctory. There are no shopping malls in the whole Yi County.

This was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help! The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old. We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive. And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should. There are many shops around the hotel and shopping is convenient, but it is quiet at night. Very good value for money, very satisfied.

The Jixian Hotel is very good, the environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, the parking lot is empty, giving people a good feeling. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the beds are very comfortable, and people feel as comfortable as home. The hotel's service is also very intimate, the front desk lady is warm and friendly, can respond to the needs of the guests in a timely manner. In addition, this hotel is strategically located, self-driving transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding food, tourism and other facilities are also very complete. It takes about 800 meters to walk to the ancient city of Jixian County for ten minutes, and it takes about ten minutes to drive to Nanping Ancient Village or Hongcun. In short, this is a very ideal hotel and highly recommended to everyone.

Hongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

I went to Hongcun, a place I had always wanted to visit. I looked at it on Ctrip for a long time and was attracted by the lobby environment of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was really amazed by the bamboo at the gate. The environment of the hotel is absolutely 100 points. The housekeeper upgraded me to a tatami room for free. The whole hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, so much so that I still miss it after two days at home. There is also a projector in the public area of ​​the hotel where you can watch movies. It is really comfortable to curl up on the sofa. If I go to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is really very attentive~ By the way, the scenery of breakfast is really good. It is winter now and the leaves have fallen. I can't imagine how beautiful it will be in autumn. If you tell the aunt what you want to eat, she will serve it immediately. I really like it. And as long as you go back to the B&B, the front desk lady will greet you and say you are back, just like going home

The Pig’s Inn is a very cozy place that makes you feel like home. Bishan village is far away from the city so I asked the hotel for help with taxi arrangement. Manager Fang Xin (方鑫) gave me the contact to the driver who was always on time and gave me lots of tips about hiking up mount Huang. The room in the hotel was really clean and warm regardless of the very cold weather outside. The hotel staff is super nice, they waited for us with dinner till really late. As my family is really picky when it comes to food Pig’s Inn was a perfect place to eat dinner and breakfast as they made all the dishes according to the needs of my family. In the evening there was a huge spider in our room (came there suddenly), the nice woman form the hotel helped us to remove it from the room. Everything was perfect and our trip was really nice thanks to the Pig’s Inn ☺️
