PPengguna TetamuThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

MMICHAELThis is a very good hotel, everything is almost brand new, and very well located with proximity to the high-speed railway station. We've had excellent services throughout, including restaurant and house-keeping staff. We'd like to commend the two young chaps 云森 and 时来 at the Front Desk. They went out of their way to help and accommodate customers. We've had an absolutely positive experience at the hotel and would definitely come back to stay the next time we're in Yibin.

We're greeted by two young and lovely ladies (Rose and Zoe) upon check in.
As the day we checked in was the Dumpling festival, we were treated with yummy dumplings for this festive event.
The best thing for a business traveller is that the hotel comes with self laundry service.
Washing and drying machines were located at Level 3 in the hotel 👍👍👍

HHank801、老闆一家都非常好，諮詢從竹海鎮到達蜀南竹海交通，給出三種方案，並且在公交車站點接上我們。
2、房間中規中矩，電熱毯是亮點，晚上睡覺感覺很舒服。
3、老闆給的遊玩線路和建議高效有用，兩天玩的非常開心。
4、地理位置優越，三合這個中轉點，去哪裡都方便，海中海和翡翠長廊可步行。
5、特色飯菜很好吃很合我胃口，一天三頓都在老闆家吃的。
6、看到了竹海，也看到了雲海，身心愉悦的旅行。

PPengguna Tetamu房間乾淨舒適，配置較齊全，前台辦理快捷，客房服務優秀，總機轉接温馨，處處體現優質服務。雖然沒有現在新酒店的一些智能化沒施，但整體入住感受很不錯。宜賓還有很多美食沒吃到，再來宜賓會選擇入住城市名人酒店。

JJennifer in ChinaStaff very friendly and attentive. Grounds are lovely to walk through, but please sort out the one patch of water that’s got trash stuck in it. Room is comfortable, has both shower and bath. However couldn’t find a light for the balcony, so had to move a lamp in the evening to take a bath. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from. Dinner service let the stay down a little. Staff seemed confused on what table was what so struggled to deliver food. Only one menu for the entire restaurant which is on an iPad so if one waitress is using, you either have to wait or let the waitress give you suggestions. Food ordered came wrong, we asked for one flavour, given another. Vegetables slightly over cooked. However was lovely sitting outside on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the lake plus there was a live singer for part of the night
