國慶期間入住的，價格很温和，裝修不錯，很新很乾凈。房間內有中央空調，能正常使用。淋浴水温升温快水量大，要注意調節水閥（混合涼水一起）別被燙。房間內提供免費飲用水/茶包，一次性洗漱用具用得不錯，特別值得表揚的是一次性拖鞋用的是厚底的，不是那種廉價的一層紙似的垃圾貨，穿着去吃2樓餐廳早飯也沒不違和。酒店有早餐廳是個亮點，畢竟這個價位的酒店不提供早餐是常態。早餐種類不算特別豐富，但基礎該有的雞蛋牛奶豆漿粥饅頭花捲包子麪包啥的都有，如果想吃粉和麪，有服務人員現做。停車很方便。另外酒店2樓設有對外的茶府，想喝茶打麻將也方便，消費不高。

如果説酒店的評分有6分或以上，那必是宜賓麓柏酒店👍；房間設施自不必多説，戴森吹風機全智能房間，每天小冰箱都滿滿的免費飲用水和飲料，一次性浴巾洗臉巾…，前台入門處冰櫃裏隨便拿取的各式水果飲品涼糕等等…，真的讓人驚喜連連；
再説説服務，説實在的我們自從退休後全國各地到處遊玩，五星級及以上酒店也沒少住，但服務方面和宜賓麓柏比起來，在真誠周到和熱情方面，其他酒店和他們的差距不是一點半點；
每天早上酒店的徐總就第一個到餐廳來給客人服務，端水服務一刻也不停，據説他要求所有的部門經理都要身先士卒給客人服務（果然我在餐廳看到了工程部經理也在服務客人）；
而且徐總還親自給予我們遊玩方面的建議，並給了我電話讓我在外遊玩時有問題隨時聯繫他；
今天早上知道我們要離店，又貼心的給我們打包了水果酸奶等等帶着路上享用…
所有這一切，真的很讓人感動！
這樣絕對物超所值的酒店，不火沒天理！必須回去給親朋好友宣傳，而且就沖這個酒店，我們還會重返宜賓！

房間很大，我們定的是觀影房，前台給我們升級成巨幕房，超級大的一個投影屏幕，房間應該有50到60平，很大很大，因為怕吵，訂房的時候要求安靜，前台給我們安排到了走廊盡頭的房間，晚上非常清凈，沒有一點聲音。
我們入住和離開的時候，酒店的工作人員都幫忙拿行李，每次回到酒店，每個人都很熱情得打招呼，有一種回到家的感覺，很不錯的酒店，下次還來住。

The hotel is located just around 15 min walk from the park entrance gate. Based on a park map, there should be a park tourist bus, unfortunately there is no bus schedule available and hotel personnel also is not aware and highly recommend to rent a private car.

PPengguna TetamuThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

We're greeted by two young and lovely ladies (Rose and Zoe) upon check in.
As the day we checked in was the Dumpling festival, we were treated with yummy dumplings for this festive event.
The best thing for a business traveller is that the hotel comes with self laundry service.
Washing and drying machines were located at Level 3 in the hotel 👍👍👍

HHank801、老闆一家都非常好，諮詢從竹海鎮到達蜀南竹海交通，給出三種方案，並且在公交車站點接上我們。
2、房間中規中矩，電熱毯是亮點，晚上睡覺感覺很舒服。
3、老闆給的遊玩線路和建議高效有用，兩天玩的非常開心。
4、地理位置優越，三合這個中轉點，去哪裡都方便，海中海和翡翠長廊可步行。
5、特色飯菜很好吃很合我胃口，一天三頓都在老闆家吃的。
6、看到了竹海，也看到了雲海，身心愉悦的旅行。

JJennifer in ChinaStaff very friendly and attentive. Grounds are lovely to walk through, but please sort out the one patch of water that’s got trash stuck in it. Room is comfortable, has both shower and bath. However couldn’t find a light for the balcony, so had to move a lamp in the evening to take a bath. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from. Dinner service let the stay down a little. Staff seemed confused on what table was what so struggled to deliver food. Only one menu for the entire restaurant which is on an iPad so if one waitress is using, you either have to wait or let the waitress give you suggestions. Food ordered came wrong, we asked for one flavour, given another. Vegetables slightly over cooked. However was lovely sitting outside on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the lake plus there was a live singer for part of the night

環境：周圍超方便，吃的很多，有燒烤火鍋砂鍋，也有麪包店葯店超市水果店。雖然離市中心有點距離，但宜賓打車還是很方便的。
服務：服務周到，每天都送了水果，水也送了幾瓶。每天都有清理房間
早餐還行，品種不算很多，但主食，粥，水果，雞蛋都有。稍微美中不足就是下水道會有味。
